Posts: 10,926 Group: Administrator Member #1 Joined: September 25, 2004	With the recent changes in the staff structure, some previous Mods have lost their spots and new spots have been created. The new structure is as follows: 4 Admins 1 PMR Head 2 PMR Assistants 1 WoS Head 4 WoS Assistants 1 Feature Head Heads are the former Forum Mods. They are picked by the Admins. Assitants are like Forum Mods, but with no Mod Lounge access and limited moderating power. They are subject to and picked by their respective Heads. Xiaphear has already been made PMR Head, and Involuntary Twitch has been made WoS Head. Both of you may reject your spots if you wish. The following spots are open: (1) Feature Head Requires: Spriter+ member group. Manages the Feature Galleries boards (Production Wing > Feature Galleries.) Further information is available on the boards or directly with Shed. Formal moderator, with Mod Louge access. Chosen by the Admin team. (2) PMR Assistants Requires: 500 posts or more. Moderate PMR along with PMR Head. Exclusive PMR Moderation access along with PMR Head. Informal moderator, without Mod Lounge access. Chosen by the PMR Head. (4) WoS Assistants Requires: Spriter or Spriter+ member group, 500 posts or more. Moderate and judge WoS along with WoS Head. Informal moderator, without Mod Lounge access. Chosen by the WoS Head. To apply, please indicate your desired position(s) in order of preference (if more than one), with some self-advertisement as to why you should be picked.

PMR assistants, despite supposedly only having very limited mod powers, need a new permission mask, or they can't view the PMR mod forum. o_O Just in case that hadn't been noticed already. Unless by "mod lounge" you included the PMR one as well.

Ikani Region (EE's old RP) Random Warriors forum I forget the name of and deleted from my favorites Example post at Propaganda (refused, but still) Several RPs here Mod Experience: Former Abscure Co-Admin Abscure S-Mod Shadow of the Desert forum mod (got shut down) Generally-respected-member-and-critic-who-could've-gotten-a-staff-position-if-Azumao-was-active at Gotta Sprite 'em All (shut down as well, but ask Azumao if she remembers me from there and she'll probably say yes) Reasons Why: I'm usually on at least once a day. I'm friendly enough... right? puppy eyes I usually don't leave for huge amounts of time (spare family reunions, Christmas, trips to Manhattan, etc.), and when I do, it's usually for three days, tops. I spend a lot less time in spam forum than everyone else with access. I remain informed with fads, though. ...damn, that's bigger than I thought.

Remember, you are allowed to apply to multiple spots, so please edit your previous applications if you're interested.
