What should I do?

I recently started reading some fan-fiction on various forums, and it looks really interesting. I want to start a fic of my own, but then that would mean giving up spriting for a while. I'm worried that if i leave spriting for a long time, then i wont be as good when i come back. So, should i leave PMF for fan-fics and then come back later? (not that any of you will miss me anyway =P)

You can sprite and write a fanfic, heck, that's what I'm doing. :P

Its not like you have to devote all your time to either subject, but do whatever your heart tells you. *Paris Hilton*Because without a heart you'd be like dead.*Paris Hilton*

I was thinking about that, but then i thought it would be too much to be doing at once. I just want to get really good at writing fics first, then i could start doing both. Anyone else think differently?
