When I dabbled in drugs I didn't change ~~much~~. My friends stuck with me. And I have plenty of friends who're on drugs, and I've known them since before they were. They're still the same people.

I'll talk about alcohol since that's also a drug (legal, but still), and I have more solid opinions on that than other drugs, though I do know people who smoke pot. I don't like for my friends to drink alcohol even if they are (mostly) legal drinkers. It just makes me uncomfortable. I don't know why, it just does. But it doesn't change that they're my friends, so I'll only say anything if drink or talk about drinking too much around me. If I don't see it and they don't see it, I don't have a problem, even if I know they drink. They're still my friends. If they smoked pot... Much the same, I think.

People on pot are kinda funny XD; To say the least. But people who drink/smoke...I'm less likely to enjoy being around them when they're doing either. Beer breath is disgusting, they can be rude when drunk...and cigarette smoke makes me gag. But if they just smoke pot, I could care less. I mean, it pisses me off when they offer it to me, since I -don't- smoke, and never will...but at least they laugh at my lame jokes...and when they debate...XD;;;

Yeah, that's the obvious answer; make friends that do drugs, and next thing you know, you're tokin while the others are jokin, watching as you puff, watchin as you chokin.

I know people that I've known since I was 5 that smoke or did smoke pot and they haven't changed. From memory, feel free to correct me here, there's nothing in pot that will get you physically addicted (like, your body feels the need for it), it's simply a psychological thing if you become addicted to it. Remember that you're talking about pot here, not something dangerous like ice.

That is not true at all. Being organic doesn't make anything less harmful. You'd want to stay far away from snakes, for example, although their poison is natural. The strange bug bite/sting/burn on my leg was natural. Pot is no different.
