I use Paint but use Photofiltre for transparency and rotating/resizing body parts. |

Paint for small sprites/basic projects. Graphicsgale for larger projects. Giffy for transparency. |

I use GIMP. MS Paint was nice with the simple tools and stuff, but then I needed more. GIMP lets me do everything, animating, layers, transparency, and some other fancy things. GIMP does lack some things though... Like a circle, or a rectangle, I usually have to use a line to make the rectangle, but other than that, I love it. |
