3dking1 failed by 6x2. You were actually pretty close, but you need to work mainly on your outlines, as in making them less misshapen. You might also consider some work on shading.

3dking passed by 15x0. Great improvement, but please hold back on all that dithering. That was the main criticism, anyways.

I'm happy, but I have a question. What do the comments mean by dithering? I'm sorry I have a really bad vocab, so I don't know what it means.

The Shadow's Inferno
None.
Dithering is the technique of checkered pixels on sprites.

..or something along those lines. ._.

Ok, then I understand, I do that a lot for some reason... I usually try doing regular shading then I compare to see which looks better.

Silf forgot to post these when he closed the topics... <_<

Bayleef failed by 9x4. Work on your flow - more specifically on your placement of certain parts and on the correctness of what you scratch.
Drake fang failed by 15x2. As I said in the poll topic, your "sprites lack flow (a heck of a lot) and personality. They're all just standard, hackneyed [cliché] CPs."

Oops, my bad. Sorry. D:

Snirpy failed 11x5. Your sprites are smooth, but are unoriginal and lack creativity, you should be able to tell which two pokemon are in a mix (take your test as an example, there was almost no Mankey). You need to work on your outlines with your customs, you basically just need more practice customizing and you'll get the hang of it.

I hope I did this right, I rambled on a bit.

Jefu-kun failed by 12x3. Your sprites aren't exactly bad, but they don't have much to them. Try being more creative and brave and do more to your sprites.

the unnamed spriter failed by 17x0. You must work on your overall quality, but above all, the flow of your sprites. Parts aren't placed or positioned well enough[/B]; bad shading on the bodies and outlines; etc.

The Shadow's Inferno failed by 19x1. Your biggest problem is flow, be it because the parts are badly placed or positioned, or because you didn't recolor the outlines.

Jefu-kun failed by 8x4. You need to work on your shading and using the light-source for reference. You also need to try and boot your creativity a little a bit and practive your customizing.

Neopolis passed by 10x3! You might need a little bit more work with customizing and also on how some of your sprites flow.

Snirpy passed by 9x7. You should still try to work more on your shading and scratching, most of all.

Latias Tamer fails 8x7.
Work more on your shading, some times you shade excessively. Tone it down a little. Also work on your outlining, you have them too dark, or too light. Try to find a middle. Lastly, work on your proportions, as the wings on your test sprite were in a very, very odd place. You want to picture the sprite visually in your head, to make sure everything looks somewhat normal if you were to rotate the sprite to get different angles.

Furiianda passes 9x4
In the future, work on your scratching and try more complex splices, don't be afraid to try something that may seem difficult.

You should be a spriter the next time an admin comes on.

Tysinger failed 17x0. You must work primarily on creativity, but on the technical side go for your shading and outlining. Also, since you use Photobucket, remember to save your sprites as .PNG so that you don't lose quality at upload.
