What did you do with your Cub today?

This was a very popular topic before the big crash! Let's get it going again!
Today I hooked up the plow to "Rusty" , and we plowed up the corn patch that I planted for the deer.
The dual fluid filled tires on the left side made a big difference.

Well,

Used the Yeller 782 to move the Spirit of 76 that is under restoration to the shed for the winter. Then hooked up the aerator and aerated the yard. Some final leaf mowing finished things off. Then I pulled it into the garage and changed the oil and installed the snowblower. Only bad part about that is that the tractor is now limited to pavement and can't be just played with. Reason #10 I need another 782, or tractor.

I was in Cub Cadet heaven this weekend If I had fallen in my shop I was guarenteed to fall on a Cub. In the stable there was a 106, 126, 1000, 1650, 3206, and a 7264. Time to clean the shop out and get the tractors were they belong. And on top of that there is a Cab for a 59 Chevy Pickup.

Yesterday I put the blade on the front of the 1650.....just in case I may need it in the near future, then this morning I woke up to see this.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
