Looking good :Thumbsup

Those peppers look like bananna or hungarian wax.

Dyt

She didn't like the fence because she had to walk down both sides to ge all the tomatos instead of just going around the plants.

Nice gardens guys, I will get some updated pics of ours in the next day or so.

I've been watering once every 5 days. We haven't had any measureable rain in 5 weeks.

Dale,

we had 2/10ths yesterday and like I told you earlier today it barely settled the dust. A friend of mine that lives less than an hour from me got 1 1/2 inches but that was the first measurable precip anyone has seen in over a month.

I went to the garden this morning to check on the cukes, and 11 pounds later I came home and broke out the canning supplies. 12 pints of bread and butter slices was todays talley. Squash should be starting to come in next week then I'll start canning relish. Wow, I'd make somebody a good wife!!!! I even stuck some of those banana burner peppers in a jar and covered them with of B&B juice! Yeeha!

I sure wish I could share some of this rain we have been getting with y'all. After three years of drought, we have been getting rain almost every day for the last three months. Last week we were 1 1/2" ahead of what we got for the entire year of 2006, and it has rained every day since. I didn't even put my garden in this year and I have little yellow pear tomatos and cantalope taking over the place.

We only had around 2 inches of rain in the last 2 months. I've been watering plants at least once a week using a soaker hose.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
