I have a 1000 completely restored with a little 10 hp power house. This thing just plain has torque. Great puller in the 10hp stock class as we have won with it several times. Like the old saying running pull on Sunday and mow on Monday and we still do that. Have a 126 that I played with some last year this thing is a work in itself. So the story is on hold on that one. Now I love to pull dead weight also and could not get the 1000 to balance right for that type of pulling so I thought ok I can build one that will!! So all winter I have been working on a piece of junk I mean an old throw away 106. Been haveing a ball designing what I need to do and need to make. My wife and I call it "Bare Bones" and when you guys see it you will all know what I am talking about. It will weigh in around 750 lbs with my 200 lb. fat butt on it. Also 4 of us guys bought a used dead weight sled and 6,000 lbs of weight to go in it. So I have it at the shop trying to rebuild that also. I have to retire one of these days I got way to many hobbies and things going on to work!! LOL Pops Edited by Pops, Mar 9 2009, 11:23 AM.
