Percival walks around his "new" house and taking out his wand, casts anti-muggle protection spells around it. Then he casts the unplotable spell around it so no can find it on a map. After this he walks inside and flicks his wand at the fireplace to start a nice cozy fire to sit by. But first a quick cleaning spell to rid of the bugs, cobwebs, and dust. Percival settles by the fire drinking wine and dozes off for the night knowing he'll be safe here, now, at last. |

With it getting late, Percival goes to the wine closet and takes out a rather nice vintage. He brushs the dust off and walks to the kitchen cabnits and takes out a gold goblet. Percival uncorks the bottle and pours himself a nice goblet full of wine. He puts the cork back into the bottle and magicly seals the bottle, placing it back in the wine closet. He then starts a fire in his fireplace and sits in his favorite rocker, and sips his wine. |

Putting his book down on the table, Percival picks up his glass and finishs the sip of wine. Oh, thats good, he thinks. He walks over to the fire place and stands in front of the brightly lite fire. "This is it, it all starts now." he mutters to no one in particlar. "First the job at the Ministry today, and tonight, well tonight...." he continues. Rubbing his hands together, he holds them out to savor the heat coming from the fire. Percival takes out his wand and goes through it again, how the spell is done, and what will happen. Again and again he does for an hour. At last, pouring himself one more glass of wine, Percival sips and contemplates. "All of my time at the lake, she's aways there around eight, everynight at eight." he thinks. Drinking the last of his drink he puts the glass down and opens the wine closet. Percival puts the wine away and closes the door. "Well, it's time" he thinks and disapperates! OOC: next post at lake. |

Reapperateing just outside of his house, Percival looks around quickly to see if anyone saw him coming. With the young witch still at his feet Percival raises his wand and say "Levicorpes". The young witch lifts into the air and hovers a moment. Confidante no one else was around Percival takes off the invisability spell on himself. He levitates the witch to his front door and opens it. Percival steps inside, the witch right in front of him now. He closes the door and levitates the young witch into his living area. He lets the witch onto the ground and walks to his wine closet. Percival opens the door and takes out a small wooden box. Closeing the door and walking to the witch Percival opens the box and tales out a finely jeweled music box. He loks at the box a moment remembering the time he took it from the French Ministers wife. "What a fool he was." he thinks to himself. Placeing the wooden box down and holding the music box he points his wand at the young witch,"What a pretty young girl he is to" he thinks. Avada Kedavra! The green glow illuminates the dark room a moment. Then preforms the spell to make a horcrux, saying the incantations and duplicating the wand movments he read in the book. Everything goes black....... Waking hours later Percival sits up wondering if the work had worked after all. "Strange, I feel much different" he thinks. He wanders over to the mirror and takes a look. The image surprises him. His eyes, they seem, different somehow. |

In the dead of night, a figure slowly made her way to the door in a most graceful fashion. Her long, silky cloak trailed slightly over the hard ground, making a slight rustling noise in the otherwise frightening silence. The love potion wore off, but Kat didn't know she had been affected in the first place. Vampires didn't recall the effects of a potion, so Kat thought she might have blacked out for a while. Still, something gnawed at her, a feeling that would not go away that she had done something awful. Her feeling grew when she found a stuinning silver ring on her finger. What happened. She approached Percival's door and lowered her hood, ebony hair falling down her shoulders like a curtain. No matter how dark it was, her silvery eyes and crimson lips still stood out very protuberantly. Reaching up, her pale hand looked like a deatached body part, for everything around it was black. It almost looked like it was floating in mid-air. Kat rapped her knuckles against the door twice in a curt fashion and waited response from within. |

Percival, with the dead body still laying on the floor he forgot about, looked up rather quickly. Wondering who that could be, as far as he knew only one person knew of where his house was not counting all the bloody muggles in the area that is. Standing up he took out his wand and in a blink the body dissapered, not gone but invisable. Percival walks to the door slowly opens it looking out to see who it was. Eyes not yet adjusted to the darkness he stares out looking for who it was that rapped on his door. After a few moments, he realizes that someone is standing directly in front of him and makes for his wand. |

ooc: gee, thanks for noticing her and all! Kat was rather stunned when Percival didn't see her standing there. She was about to speak, but it was rather funny how he continued to stare into the darkness behind her. She was pretty tall, but Percival was about a foot taller than her towering height of five foot, nine. When he pulled out his wand, her wrist shot out and gripped his own, in a surprisingly strong grip. Kat had the strength of a giant, just another of her qualities. "Chill out," she hissed reproachfully. "It's only me." She moved her face to where the light from the inside illuminated her beautiful features. Her lips were curled into a smirk. "Paranoid, aren't we?" she asked, raising and eyebrow. |

Caught off guard and shocked for a moment, Percival begins to struggle against Kats grip. Haering her voice and suddenly seeing her step into the light of the house, he realizes it was who it is. A bit uneasy and slightly emmbarresed, he non the less said in his most steady vaice "Kat? That is you? You gave me a bit of a start!" Backing up a few steps PErcival thought it good manners to invite his guest after all. "Please Kat, come on in, I'll go ahead and get the door behind you." Closing the door, Percival turns around and looks Kat straight in her eyes and says"Please, come in and have a drink." Percival walks to two chairs in the kitchen and pulls one out for KAt to sit in. "May I ask, what brings you here tonight?" he asks waiting to see if this was a quick visit or not. |

He seemed a little fidgety and talkative tonight. It seemed like he was hiding something. Giving the look Percival gave her, she said, "I accept." As he closed the door behind her, she removed her cloak, beneath which she wore a black silk blouse and black pants. You could just see the spiked heels of her boots beneath them. Moving into the chair Percival offered her, she sat down crossing her legs demurely, and fiddling with the string of rare black pearls around her neck. In the light, you could have noticed a thick black headband in her hair. "I...was in the neighborhood, so I decided to stop by," she lied. She needed someone to confide in about the recent spell of blackouts she had. Percival was the type to know black magic better than she, so he seemed the type. |

"She must be getting at something" Percival thought,"Kat seems like the type who does not just drop by". "Well then" he thought "all in good time". "would care for drink tonight Kat?" Percival asked, not wanting to seem rude. Although he liked Kat, it did seem odd, for anyone, to be here at this time on this night. Walking to the wine closet and taking out two glasses and a rather old looking and dusty bottle, Percival walked back to the table placed the glasses down. He walked to another cabinet and took out a cloth to wipe off the bottle and sat down. "Lovley night tonight is it not?" he said while wipeing down the bottle. After it was cleaned he opened it and looked over at Kat, waiting to see if she was indeed in the mood for a drink tonight. |

"I could certainly use a glass of wine," she sighed accepting the offer. She was a bit unsure whether she should tell Percival of her suspicions, but that was her main reason of coming over. She thought she could trust him....to some extent. No, she wouldn't tell him. No matter how nice Percival seemed, she would not dare trust him with her secret. She eyed him the way she always did, slightly cold and piercing, but somewhat warm, like she looked at an old friend. It was a very mixed look. "Oh, yes, lovely night," she agreed half-heartedly. Kat was thirsty for blood tonight and made a mental note to hunt when she left Percival's house. Her thirst could be controlled, so Kat deemed herself safe. "And how are you tonight, Percival?" she quieried. |

"Just doing some house cleaning tonight. Nothing special really."He said as he poured some wine into both goblets. Putting the top back on and placing the bottle aside he picked up his goblet and took a small sip, letting the wine over come. Percival looked at Kat and said in all honesty,"So Kat, why don't you tell me why you are really here tonight. You could have gone anywhere to talk to whomever. Somethings up then?" He said putting his goblet back onto the table and looking at her with a slight smile. Percival thought "I may be 23, but I have been around and done enough to know when someone wants something." |

She pouted. Was she that da** obvious? Kat had prided herself in being elusive and mysterious and then some guy she met could read her like an open book. It wasn't fair. Frowning, she took a sip of wine and avoided Percival's eyes. "Alright," she said, cracking finally. "Percival, I fear than I am being controlled by something. I know that I am a capable witch, but I feel like this is beyond my talent, as expansive as it is. I needed to get away and see if it followed me. Oddly enough, I decided to come see you," she confessed, covering her face with her hands and taking a deep sigh. "I've been having black-outs lately and that is so unusual for a vamp--," she broke off and hurriedly took another swig of wine. The secret was out. Kat coulds pray that Percival didn't hear that. |

"Vamp?" Percival said raising his left eyebrow. "Blackouts" he said as if in contemplation. Raising his goblet to his lips, he took a long drink before putting it back down. Looking at Kat, he decided mabey he could do something, as he needed something done also. "Well Kat, I do admit that my experiance with..your kind is limited. But I think there they may be a way of finding out what is going on here." Percival poured himself another glass, and looked at Kat, thinking.... "Yes Kat, I do think I may be able to help here. But it may take up tp a day you see, can you wait that long?" Percival asked, hoping that there could indeed be that long to go. "But also, you must realize, that one favore deserves another. I may be able ti help, if, you could do the biggest of favors."Percival stopped, not wanting to say more until Kat took or declined his offer. |

Kat swore quietly. He didn't miss the detail of her being a vampire. "Well, secret's out," she sneered, feeling stupid and invaded. Listening carefully as he told her of what he could do, she nodded. "I think it's possible to wait that long," she agreed. "And yes, I'll return a favor," she agreed. "As long as it does not involve doing something nice. If you know of my nature, you'll also know that I'm a Death Eater," she said. Her biggest secret was out, why not let the others go. Plus, between the firewhiskey she drank earlier and now the wine, she felt a bit reckless. "But I am basicallt saying, that I will accept your offer." She drained her goblet and looked around the house critically. |

Sitting back, Percival put out his left arm, and pulled the sleeve back to reveal his own Dark Mark as well. "So Kat, we are on the page then?" Percival said with a bit of an evil smirk. Sitting up and pushing his chair in, he asked Kat"Please, if you would follow me." And waiting for Kat to stand up, he pushed the chair in behind her. "It's in here, the problem I have. Something I need you to help me with then." Percival began walking into the next room, where he keep all his wines and Dark trinkets and collectables he brought over from France. Looking back at Kat, he wondered why it was that she looked so sexy for someone who really was undead after all. "Vamperism" he thought, he would have to look more into this. Of course now was not the apporpreate time for that. Waving wand, a dead witch apperad on the floor. She almost looked asleep. But Percival knew for a fact she was dead. |

Nodding, Kat stood up and followed Percival into the next room, pleased that she was in the company of an ally. This made her cool face soften into something more cordial and she looked at Percival in a whole new light. Her heels echoed as she walked commandingly across the floor. The room that he led her to was filled with sorts of Dark objects, some that Kat could only dream of acquiring. "Impressive," she smirked, eyeing the items that seemed to be of French origin. Upon seeing the dead witch, she didn't look at all surprised. "Well, been busy, have you?" she joked. Kicking the witch in the side of her abdomen roughly, Kat made it positively sure that the woman was dead. Even if she was not then, the force of her kick would have shattered her back to pieces. The woman looked familiar. "So, what seems to be the problem?" she asked in a silky voice. "You've obviously done well with disposing of her." |

"Thank you, but helping to the next life and getting rid of her useless corpse are two different things. I can't leave her around here, with all the muggles around, and well, working in the /ministry, I need someplace where she won't be found for a while then." Percival looked around the room, and finding an old tomb, picked it up and put it under his arm. Walking back over to Kat he asked "So, you think you may be able to do something then? It is quite funny really, before I killed the poor soul I thought of you for a moment. Thought how mabey you would like to watch me help her on to the next world." Percival looked over at the body and back at Kat "so, you can help each other then?" |

"Oh, I can certainly help you," replied Kat, rolling her eyes. This was just too easy. "It would be a pleasure." She eyed the tomb and then Percival. "You were right," she said. "I would have certainly liked to watch." Kat had always had a taste for the more macabre things, vampire or not. "Hmm, getting rid of her will be difficult, but if her blood is still fresh, it would make it a whole lot easier. I can still do it, but, it would be a little more time-consuming." She walked around the corpse looking her over carefully, like an X-ray. "I gather time is not something you have much of at the moment, am I right?" |

"unfortunatly not my dear. If I am to get on your situation, then I need to start soon." Percival walked over and looked down at the young dead witch's body. "Such a shame" he thought "such pretty eyes she had to." Percival then looked over at Kat and said"Three days old. I have been at the Minisrty day and night. Three days since I have been back here, it's a good thing you came over at the right time then." Percival was very happy to have some else who could possiably even know what what it was like to have such feelings and thoughts as his own. "To bad she's a vampire. Possiably, mabey" he stopped himself thinking. "Well then Kat, now, you should tell more of what has been going on, the more I know the better chance I can have of finding a solution. Why don't I start a fire then, and we can sit here, in front of it and talk?" Percival knew he needed these things quickly, but, always trying to be the gentalman he knew that was not always possiable. |

"Ah, indeed, no worries," she replied, smirking down at the deceased. "Hmm, too bad she mixed herself with the wrong sort," she sighed. "Hasn't her mother taught her to watch her back?" She chuckled bitterly. "Three days," she repeated wrinkling her nose. "No, I'm afraid her blood is too old to drink. No matter, I shall make this quick and easy as possble." The look she gave him told him to trust her. A favor for a favor. Although Kat thought she would have done it without personal benefit out of the matter. Sighing again, she crossed the room and sat down. "I haven't much for you to go by," she said. "I've felt like I've been controlled, but you know that part already. There are points when I'm doing something and then I find myself into the next day of week. I have no recollection of why, either. Also, I have this ring on my finger now," she said extending her hand to reveal the silver and onyx ring she bore on her small hand. "Like I said, not much to go by." She looked at Percival again, a different look on her face. Almost pleading this time. |
