That's the majority of it. Bamboo is actually a really good earth-quake proof material that is strong enough for buildings too, and it's cheap. I was just responding to the results of the poll, where despite our better buildings, 78% thought us unprepared. I was just assuming people were answering the question based on what they think is "normal" whereas if they actually saw how reinforced our buildings are compared to other countries, I think they'd vote us a little more prepared. |

One of the most fluctuating votes I've seen on here. The Yes votes swung as high as 67% at one point. I withheld my vote on this one, because to quote Lex Luger, "I don't know".
