Fuck juice. I hate it.

I really think the benefits of juice are massively overblown. I should research this a bit more before digging my feet into the sand, but just going off the nutritional facts printed on the label, it looks like Bullshit City 2000. All it consists of is a verifiable assload of sugar! The knock on energy drinks is their unbalanced amount of sugar, I think it is now time to slap the cuffs on the wrist of juice as well.

Their lone benefit from what I can tell is their potassium and vitamin C content -- all of which could be replaced by a daily multi-vitamin. Just pop one of those and drink some water and you should be set. Don't forget to remember though, leave that juice on the store shelf!

For example, during more than 30 years of study, British researchers working in Africa didn't find a single case of such common ailments as diverticulitis, hernia, cancer of the colon, or cancer of the prostate. The only reason that they could attribute to the lack of these diseases: differences in diet.

A tomato, along with vitamin C, vitamin A, and several minerals, also has 10,000 other chemicals in it, most which researchers are trying to isolate, identify, and study.

For example, because many of the nutrients are trapped in the fiber, when you eat a raw carrot, you are only able to assimilate about 1% of the available beta carotene. When a carrot is juiced, removing the fiber, nearly 100% of the beta carotene can be assimilated.

I feel as if my avatar has never been more appropriate, as I absolutely do not support this anti-juice movement. And I am unanimous in that!

Now, tomato juice I do like. Maybe I should try carrot juice, because the carrot is awesome. The rest of them acidic juices like apple and orange can bite it! Quite possibly grape and grapefruit too, but grapefruit at least stands a chance.

I like orange juice for its vitamin C benefit during the flu season. I started drinking cranberry juice, its got a lot sugar which i dont like at all but it is a natural diuretic (makes you piss) so I've heard it helps cleanse

I drink/have drank a lot of cranberry juice, and yes it makes you piss like nothing else. I like to drink it right before a cup of coffee and then do toilet art.
