I recommend Snyder's of Hanover tortilla chips. They're 4.5 grams of fat per serving, with 0 saturated or trans. I haven't found any other tortilla chip with 0 saturated fat, and most have ~7 grams total. They're quite good too, I prefer them to every other store-brand nacho in taste too. Real salty though, so watch out if you're sensitive. |

WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE GOOD OLD FASHION FRUITSNACK? WHAT....ARE YOU TOO OLD TO EAT A FRUIT SNACK?!?! SHIEEEEEEEEEET.......I REMEMBER WHEN I USED TO EAT THOSE SHARK SHAPED FRUIT SNACKS WITH THE HAMMERHEADS, GREAT WHITES, TIGERSHARKS, AND OTHERS. ALSO GUSHERS, MAN. I COULD HONESTLY EAT ABOUT 20 PACKS IN A ROW IF I WANTED. BUT YEAH FRUIT SNACKS, AND GRANOLA BARS. |

Those Sunbelt Granola Bars are pretty tasty. The ones with chocolate chips are amazing, the fudge dipped are a bit too chocolatey though. Cliff's bars are great for a nice pick me up too. But above all else (other than Cheeze-Its) Goldfish crackers are 5 stars. |

I've been looking for the same kind of suggestions myself. I'm looking for stuff that's on the "fresh" side and low in sodium. I tried eating apples for awhile but they're sour on my teeth and just plain sux. Once I tried carrots they've become a staple, but I need more stuff like that. Cheez-It is a NM Requirement. I think our first sponsorship deal should be with them. Chex Mix is good but the party flavor just feels like its caked in sodium (but, still, so good). I buy cheese'n'cracker sandwiches cause they're good for hypoglycemia but they are loaded in shit that's bad for you. I think if I could find a suitable replacement for those, I might be halfway balanced. Has anyone tried those Dannon Active drinks/yogurt things? They look like they're marketed for the most ovulating of females, but they aren't too bad, I'm just not sure how beneficial they are. I don't want to keep eating them if they aren't that beneficial, because I feel awful mensturual when I eat and drink that shit. |

I like Yoplait yogurt, the one that always advertises to women. I like the key lime pie and orange creme flavors because they're smooth - I've always hated fruit chunks in yogurt personally. |
