So just to bring up the discussion from the forum, were these changes made?
http://s6.zetaboards.com/No_Mercy_4_Life/topic/8830197/2

1) Changing tiebreaker scenarios (unless Yahoo didn't add the option)
2) Sacks on defense (1pt)
3) Waiver wire so teams that already played that week can't be picked up (its on the forum)

and trades!!!!
My entire team except Doug Martin and Trent Rich is available. Need WRs.

1. No tiebreaker changes
2. Agreed for sacks on defense
3. Not sure how to do this without still having a reasonable FA period. Every player goes on waivers starting Thursday (for thursday night games), have to stay on for Tuesday for MNF players and grubby fingered Hook. So we're looking at Wednesday as the only FA day?

I'd like sacks to count for points, maybe 2 for 1?

Can you refresh me on the FA/waiver issue? I don't remember there being a problem last year off the top of my head.

Waiver Issue: Switch from "Sunday - Tuesday" to "Gametime - Tuesday".

Reason: When Kevin Ogletree gains 100+ yards and multiple TD's on Thursday, some person can pick him on during the game. This defeats the purpose of a waiver wire. Since NFL has Thursday games every week now, having the "Gametime-Tuesday" option makes it so when a team plays on Thursday, those players won't be eligble as a FA until Tuesday. Meanwhile, every other team that plays on Sunday will have their own "Gametime-Tuesday" normal waiver option, its just the teams that play on Thursday will have a longer waiver wire time.

DECISIONS:

1. No fractional points. Ties allowed.

2. Sacks now count. 1 sack = 1 point

3. Waiver system is now Game Time-Tuesday. Players will be put on waivers at the start of their game that week. So if a guy has a Thursday game like Ogletree, he's on waivers on Thursday but the Sunday players are still FAs until their games on Sunday.

I'm fine as well.

Since its looking more and more likely World B. Ware will be rebuilding, what is the role of draft pick trading in our league? Does it meaning anything?

For example, if I trade MJD and my 17th round pick for someone's 1st round pick, does that mean I actually get a 1st round pick in the next draft? Or does it mean I get the first pick from that person's draft assuming they keep 9 people (thus a 10th round pick in actuality)?

You have to keep all your keepers before picking a new person.

So someone could trade you a real 1st round pick, but they'd have to keep nobody. We haven't done a lot of draft pick trades in the past, but I believe it's usually been someone trading their first non-keeper pick, with the receiver having to just hope it's an early pick.

Breaking news: Giovani Bernard is staying with World B. Ware. After multiple trade offers, it is being reported that Gio Bernard never actually was at any point being dangled as bait for anyone.

Fantasy spin: This is a total vote of confidence for Bernard by the WBW organization. At only 21 years old, and with Doug Martin as his running mate with Trent Richardson on third downs, this is a team built for the future.
