I get about 10 hours solid sleep on weekends then about 8 on weekdays, I find it kinda weird some of you spend so few hours asleep, and I don't think I'd ever be able to stay up all night. It's a bit weird though, because I pretty much fall straight asleep and then wake up at usually the same times, regardless of how long I've actually been asleep. I don't really know if I'm a strong sleeper or not, but I rarely wake up in the middle of the night so I guess not. I fall asleep pretty easy, but only if I'm my own bed I sleep terribly anywhere else. And I'm one of the peopleyou can see whom keeps falling asleep on a bus/train and then suddenly waking up then going back to half sleep over and over again. |

I can sleep well, if there is noise outside usually the rest of the house wakes up and I'm happily sleeping. I like to sleep in the dark, although I could sleep with the TV on. I occasionally fall asleep on the couch after school, and wake up and hour later for dinner. XD And one time last week I fell asleep revising. :^0 |

Well I find I can only sleep in a bed or on the floor on some kind of matress. When ever I try to sleep in the car or on a plane I just can't get comfortable enough. Even on my bed it takes a while because when I'm getting to sleep as I have nothing to occupy myself I start thinking about stuff like Art coursework, exams politics and the like and as I'm a very deep thinker it's hard to relax and just fall asleep. I'm not a particulalry heavy sleeper, a simple knock on my door in the morning by my dad to get me ready for school is enough to wake me up though I can often sleep peacefully and undisturbed I am sometimes prone to waking up sometimes after particularly crazy dreams, and when I was younger every so often I used to sleep walk. |
