I don't mind what console it's for but I want it for either PS2, GC, PC, Wii or DS. I want something that's bright. Like Final Fantasy X. Turn Based is prefered but I don't mind if it's good. If it's on Wii it has to be able to use a GC control pad. I want something with a deep, involved story. No games are too complicated. |

Shadow Hearts: Covenant for the PS2. ^_^ Great game! The storyline's great and it's turn based. The only thing that's really different about it's battle system is the use of the judgement ring, which you'll get used to eventually anyway. It's a reasonably long game, with two disks and so the graphics aren't bad either. |

Grandia 2 I'd say (my review is in the reviews board). I'll recommend this instead of the original because it has more of a storyline. The battle system is great, and I'd say it remains interesting longer than the likes of FFX's. I prefered the game to FFX overall, although it's a bit less colourful and the graphics aren't as good (if that matters). |

The World Ends With You, it's on DS. It's a very deep story, starting off simply about a kid who wakes up in a Japanese city called Shibuya where he's sent a text that says: 'Get to 104 building, you have 60 minutes. Fail and face erasure, The Reapers' He's lost his memory, but the plot gets much deeper as the game goes on. It's a battle system where you have to use the touch screen, and you can also control another player on the top screen using the buttons if you want to learn how to do that. |

I saw a game play video of The World Ends With You and I thought it looked a bit crappy and I'm not a fan of the tocuh screen controls either. I'm not going to lie; I'll get which ever game is cheapest. |

Dragon Quest Journey of the Cursed King on PS2 is an amazing game, it actually ranks as my favourite game. It's by Square Enix and devloped by Level 5 games, with great cel-shaded graphics and an artstyle by Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball). It's story isn't particularly original but I found it engaging all the same and the characters are wonderfully charming which can be said about the whole game, it's just so charming it's hard not to love. Though if your more into modern RPG's this may not be your cup of tea as you can't save your game out of town and if you die the amount of gold you have on you is halved and your sent to the town you last saved in and some of the bosses can be particularly hard but that really just adds to it's old school charm and it never really bothered me that much anyway. |

As PJ said Skies of Arcadia is a good choice for GC because despite it's simple graphics there is a lot going for the game like it's fun battle sytem and cool setting :) plus Gilder is awesome. |
