Yeah, so Microsoft finally released service pack 1 for Vista. Maybe it'll speed it up a bit. Or maybe it'll be like rearanging the deck chairs on the Titanic. Who knows, I'm just glad I don't have to use the infernal OS any more ^_^.

Service pack is here. It's 500MB though, so may take a while...

When I had Vista I had it running faster, didn't need the updates and it didn't crash.
