Have any of you heard about the leak of a likely upcoming title named "Yoshi's Land" for Wii U. It was listed by retailers as a real game and expected be launched sometime in 2013. I couldn't find a topic about this and was extremely surprised, I thought this was old news. ^ I can understand Touch and Go, but Yoshi's Island DS? That game was awesome! I mean, it's not just legendary like its predecessor, but it's such a good game in its own right! It takes the mechanics of the original and takes them to the next level. Anyhow, yeah, I heard about this in TWO different stories, actually... Not only was it "confirmed" by retail, it was also hinted at by one of those "anonymous tipsters that are sometimes surprisingly spot-on and sometimes not." I can only imagine a Yoshi's Story/Island game, with its cutesy, crayon-like graphics in HD. |

I'm on board. Yoshi along with Starfox has been pretty neglected and most of his few good games weren't super big hits. I would really like to see a solid Yoshi game that makes a splash. ...almost as much as I would like to see a Yoshi's Story 2... Edited by MetaZora, Jan 15 2013, 05:25 PM.
