I'm pretty lazy about writing on the interbutt because I only work hard at writing when I'm getting paid but some habits are hard to even break. And some split infinitives are hard to even break too. that's a language joke. GET IT

847-BIRDO Posts: 3,763 Group: Former Staff Member #1,030 Joined: October 8, 2005	I used to write PR for a political party, but then the election happened and they didn't need as large a staff any more. So yeah, no more job for me. The last time I was paid to write, it was a freelance job for a local newspaper. It takes way too much discipline to be freelance, though. So I don't really do that any more either. Since then I've been working as a secretary and thinking about a novel but not doing anything useful about it.

And I was exercising a lot like 5 years ago. For a while there I had full blown idea diarrhea. Since college it's like I drank a case of idea peto bismol. So I don't really know. I like the idea of children's lit but I think my sense of humor might be better suited for some sort of light hearted social commentary. But I only have ideas for the former, and for the latter I can only think of lines like "idea diarrhea" with no plot concepts.

Also, I'm not even sure how one would get into that for a job. Especially if one has 0 scripts already written. Favorite books is too hard. In stead I will tell you that last two books I read that I liked. John Dies at the End by David Wong. I'm not sure if that really counts because I read it online like 10 years ago or whatever and I already knew I would like it when I impulse bought it. And Perfume by Patrick Süskind. I just figured it was about time I read that one and I really enjoyed it.
