The Last Story is coming out in France which means it's massively likely it'll be out in the UK too (I can't think of a single European release that was released in one territory but not another) and Pandora's tower has been hinted for a UK release by the Official UK Nintendo Magazine. Seems a bit odd that they'd create a full, English language translation and not release it in the States though. Perhaps they're just doing this to rile the fans up and get them excited so when they turn around and go 'Surprise! US release!' everyone will go absolutely mental and buy it?

I'm sure they could tell you a lot more than we could.
