Well, I just moved and I need new internet, due to the fact that my old internet got fried because of those damn severe thunderstorms... So, which internet provider should I get? I need an internet provider with fast speed recommended for PC gamers, since I am one, but I can't think of one! Oh, and just to let you know, I had Belkin before the thunderstorms struck my modem and fried it. |

hehe Cable is the way to go. Go for the biggest, fastest, most expensive package you can; 50mbps with uncapped downloads is probably most desirable. If you're American it generally sounds like you have a choice between being fucked in the ass by AT&T or fucked in the ass by Comcast, though. |

I don't mind TWC. They fight requests for IP activity unlike places like Comcast who will give it up in a heartbeat. |

I avoid Rogers ANYWHERE. I used Rogers while I lived in Louisiana and it SUCKED because it lagged so much and sometimes it even finds ways to disconnect itself. Oh and guys, I need suggestions on what IP TO GET. I'm pretty much aware of what not to get. Edited by JonmanOwnsYou, Jun 20 2011, 09:31 AM.

First you might need to make sure you know what an ISP is. Belkin isn't one. As far as I know every ISP in America sucks balls. I think Comcast is meant to suck less balls than others though. You really need to give a list of what's actually available in your area, it varies pretty wildly.
