Nintendo "If you are a member of Club Nintendo, you’ll need to follow a simple process to keep your membership active due to some changes here at the official Nintendo of Europe website. Club Nintendo and the Nintendo website are now governed by a new set of Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which you will need to accept before May 31st 2011 if you want to continue enjoying your Club Nintendo membership and its related benefits. If you are a Club Nintendo member aged under 16, you’ll have to have the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy accepted on your behalf by an adult. If you haven’t accepted the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by May 31st, your Club Nintendo account will be deleted, resulting in the loss of any Stars you have accrued during your membership. You will be prompted to accept the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy when you log into your Club Nintendo account. Club Nintendo members aged under 16 will be prompted to seek parental approval for the verification process upon logging in. A summary of the most important changes will be shown before you accept the new Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You can read both the new and old Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy by clicking the links below. " Apperantly it's so you can link your 3ds with your club nintendo account ( you can do this with the dsi and the wii , it meant you could by nintendo points for the dsi shop/wii shop and get stars on your club nintendo account for purchases on the dsi shop / wii shop ) So this will probably mean that you will be able to do the same sort of thing with the 3ds e shop . I hate the way Nintendo eventually reset your stars to zero when you don't use them. I had quite a few on there and they deleted them all on me because I didn't use them within the time limit. I didn't even know there was a time limit. -__-
