You should look up the double or triples Meaning, it has more than one chamber, giving you the ability for higher octaves. Does it explain what the Master Quest mode is all about? Or maybe it's common knowledge. I just never heard of it before. |

Master Quest is a "hard" mode. The entire game is flipped (mirrored - things that are on the left are on the right, etc), enemies are stronger and take more damage/deal more damage, items are moved, less fairies are available, etc. Apparently, the locations of Golden Skultulla's have been changed and optional items are now mandatory. |

I've never played OOT's Master Quest before. I have it but I haven't played it yet. Maybe I'll play it on the 3DS when it's released. It sounds like Zelda 1's master quest, harder and all switched around. I actually have a story about Zelda 1's master quest when I played it back in the day but I doubt anyone wants to hear it. |

Ok. It's nothing much but I find it funny. I tried explaining the best I could. When we first got the game way back in the day. My older brother played it first and he used the name Link. So he played it, beat it, thought he was great, said he was better than me etc. He is really good a video games that is true. I played the game next after he was done with it. (He only played the regular quest.) I didn't watch him play when he played it. Anyways, being female I wanted to use a girl's name. So I used the name Zelda. I don't know if you guys know but if you use the name Zelda you are automatically taken to the master quest. You go straight to the master quest without having to play the regular quest. Usually you unlock the second quest by beating the regular quest first. When I put in the name Zelda I actually didn't know that. No internet back then and I never saw it in a magazine or nothing. So the first time I played the game it was the master quest. Anyways, I beat the game on the master quest. I told my brother I beat the game too. I showed him my save file. He says "What?!!!!!, no way!" and he sounded mad. Haha. He knew about the Zelda thing. So I found out about the Zelda second quest thing a bit later from a friend and that it's harder. Ha ha, no wonder he was mad. He bragged about beating the game so much and I beat it on a harder quest then him! EPIC WIN. The thing is, if I had known it was a harder quest when I played it I probably wouldn't have been able to beat it on the master quest. It's funny sometimes that if you don't know something is hard it's not hard until someone tells you it is. I also have a funny story, (At least I think It's funny) about when I played Street Fighter II on the snes but this isn't the place. Edited by Pyroll7, May 11 2011, 09:35 PM.

People in the UK... If you pre-order OoT 3D from Game or GameStation, you get a poster and a gold sleeve for the game with it for free. It's not as good as what Greece is getting, but I suppose it's better than nothing... http://www.officialnintendomagazine.co.uk/26277/zelda-ocarina-of-time-pre-order-bonus-for-uk-gamers/ |

I have 50 pounds on a trade in card for gamestation now ( I've grown a habbit of trading in games once Ive finished them unless its a game I really like ) so I'd probably have ended up getting it from there anyway ... EDIT : Im not sure If anyone else has seen this but here it is : http://nintendoeverything.com/64807/ it shows how the ocarina is used , footage of both kakiro village and castle town , the boss rush mode and a load of other stuff . I never preorder anyway, I just buy it in the shop. So I'm not going to bitch about all the bonuses. As for Master Quest, they better revamp the puzzles and such or else just taking longer to kill enemies will be very dull. |

The general thing about pre ordering is that you can actually get the game on release date , if its a poopualr game it might be sold out . but thats never happened to me

Right, but for $60 AUS, there's no way that thing is top quality real. Or hell, maybe it is. That'd blow everything else out of the water. But surely, Greece just got cheated. |
