![]() Now I haven't done a lot of research on B/W, but it looks like this guy is the last guy on the Dex. Now, last time, the last guy in the dex was GOD HIMSELF. What we have here looks like a Bug Type spin off of the Terminator. What the hell, nintendo. Edited by lileep, Jan 3 2011, 10:33 PM.

Fixed. Nintendo Publishes - write your complaints to either GameFreak or the Pokemon Company, as they are the ones that deal with making the pokemon. Anywho, he's another plate user, if I'm not mistaken. I can't recall as I haven't done much research myself, but I do think he has plate moves like Arceus. |

Bulbapedia said something about Cassettes, but he has like six and they only change one of his moves. also, it's much easier to blame Nintendo than it is blame a smaller company. |

Serebrii.net This should clear up some problems. Genosect, as it's supposedly called, is like Arceus and uses Cassettes instead of plates, but he doesn't change type like Arceus does. It also has a move called Techno Buster. It's somewhat similar to Arceus's Judgement. It is a Bug-Steel. It can also learn Fly Edited by Dragoonmason, Jan 3 2011, 10:43 PM.

He looks far from godly, honestly. The thought that a Bug type is a god pokemon is crazy |

Doesn't seem like variety as it is that Game Freak is out of ideas. I mean like, What the fuck is he supposed to be? |

Hm, I don't think he's a "God" pokemon, or even a large player like the weather trio - I think he's supposed to be the pure antithesis to Arceus; as opposed to Darkrai, who was simply a dark pokemon with legendary strength, this one is supposed to be some kind of evil pokemon I believe. It is a Paleozoic Pokemon. That makes for an interesting backstory as to why it might be so god-like. Also, it's stats can be increased to an incredible number if trained correctly, like most god-like Pokemon. It also has the 1,250,000 max experience, like most legendaries, but that isn't really supportive towards a legendary/god Pokemon. It does, however, have seemingly normal moves besides Techno Buster. We'll just have to wait for the release to see the results.

That makes it a god like pokemon from a competitive standpoint -from the actual story, though, it's not. I don't want to ruin anything, but it's not really more legendary than Aerodactly or Kabutops in terms of in game status - I think it's last in the pokedex because of the weight it carries to the games post story (Like Arceus and Darkrai, who weren't part of the main story in Diamond and Pearl) as opposed to being a pokemon with great natural power, like the weather trio, the lake trio, or the creation trio. |

It does have to be acquired by an event, so I'm pretty sure it has little to none to do with the main story. |

Exactly - it's a post-story pokemon with it's own story, like Darkrai, Arceus, etc. Which also means that it'll probably either; 1. Get it's own Movie 2. Get a massive role in a Movie |

Maybe. So far, they've been making movies based on or relating to Pokemon that weren't really included in their region's game's story. |
