Apparently, Target stores were selling their Nintendo DSi for a cheaper price; $20.00 off making the DSi $120.00 the original price. When I got one and opened it, I was deceived and cheated out of my money.

The looks was deceiving, it wasn't brand new and I could tell if a game system is brand new or not. The web browser and flip-note studio was already installed on it. Which means someone bought it and returned it. Target fooled me severely. I don't think I should buy any of their electronics stuff ever again.

    Don't you agree, Zach?

If it is used and not an XL as Reaper said, then I understand why you'd feel decieved. Is there actually anything wrong with it though? As long as it still works fine, I'd just be happy to have gotten it cheaper.

Foremost is the chromatic substance accomplishment to Picklegod! Pickle contributes to all parts of the forum, stays astir, and mostly is awful to everyone he meets. A wonderful, intelligent somebody, Pickle testament now better us with every day NF decisions. Approval Picklgod!

    Always tl;dr

If it was a used one, you can return it. That's how it is at Best Buy at least.

I don't see why people bitch about things "used" unless they're significantly damaged or dirty. You saved $20, suck it up. And you should have been able to tell by the seal, if it's not sealed then it's not "brand new". My Dad just recently bought my bro a DSi, it was only $120 because it was "refurbished", really, the seal was just broken, everything else was fine.

I was experiencing problems with it like the language version was different and most of my free points was missing so I can't really shop online.

Well, if I go and ask for a new dsi, and they tell them this is a new dsi, and I pay for a new dsi, wanting a new dsi, I expect a new dsi. Used but perfectly fine =/= new. I really don't care, I'm just giving an example.

Off Target? They don't sell used items, do they?
I have started a forum and I am currently looking for a small community willing to discuss things in general to waste time.

Then it's defective AND used. If you're having issues don't say you want to RETURN it, just ask to EXCHANGE IT. DSi's have a 1 year warranty, with the seller, it should be about 30 days. You'd be surprised how many people fuck up this simple concept.

I agree but if you still have a model one DS it's only right you pay a couple extra dollars and upgrade to the DSi.
