Any fans of the BIT.TRIP series here? The Bit.Trip games are 5(soon to be 6) games about the life of Commander Video. I downloaded Bit.Trip Beat when it first came out on Wii and I just loved it. What I like about the Bit.Trip games is that all of them have a unique gameplay! Another thing is the theme of the series. I won't spoil anything, but it's really a story to it as well! I'll explain all the games for those of you who don't know 'em: Bit.Trip Beat In this game you steer a paddle up and down and have to hit the beats. It's challenging at times, making it so much more interesting to play! This game is out on Wii, iPhone and Steam (for both PC and mac) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6cjZF7m6fU Bit.Trip Core Second game in the series and my personal favorite. Here you have to hit the beats that come from 4 different angles, which requires quite some practice. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_xn43AMhcE Bit.Trip Void Third game and my least favorite game of the series. Here you move a dot and try to collect black beats to get bigger, and try to avoid white beats. It's cool enough, but way too easy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DNUzuk_IdZo Bit.Trip Runner Fourth game and the most popular one so far. I think the reason why it is so popular is because it is a platform game, a genre many people are familiar with. And also, it rocks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Mm_dpsF9yY Bit.Trip Fate The fifth and newest game. Came out a few weeks ago in Europe, and a month ago or something in the US. In this game you have to follow a line on the screen, and avoid the core of Commander Video to get hit. This game was awesome, but a little too easy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YwBK2Id1V48 Bit.Trip Flux The name have just been announced, but I have no idea to what it's going to be like. I'm really looking forward to it! Bit.Trip fan page on Facebook Bit.Trip Beat on Steam Bit.Trip Beat for iPhone Only Bit.Trip Beat is out on Steam so far, but all the games will be released eventually! There are several Super Meat Boy cameos in the Bit.Trip series, and you can play as Commander Video in Super Meat Boy! |

I've only played Beat and Fate, but I love them! I'm curious to see what the "gimmick" will be in Flux. |

Foremost is the chromatic substance accomplishment to Picklegod! Pickle contributes to all parts of the forum, stays astir, and mostly is awful to everyone he meets. A wonderful, intelligent somebody, Pickle testament now better us with every day NF decisions. Approval Picklgod! -afrad15 | |

Yeah, they are really good. I think it is sad that so few people on this forum like Bit.Trip

It's a series destined to have a cult following and nothing more. I hear Flux is the last in the series. If that's true, I wonder what they'll do after. |

I don't see how Bit.Trip is destined to have a cult following and nothing more more than Super Meat Boy, which have become pretty huge. This is something they might do after Bit.Trip: http://www.gaijingames.com/?p=1723 They've also received a 3DS kit, and they are porting all the Bit.Trip games to Steam. I really wonder what the 3DS game(s) will be. |

I played Bit Trip Beat and I think it's great! The music is fun and it's just creative in it's own "pong" way. Then after discovering that it's multiplayer... woah! I didn't figure that out until much later into playing the game. |
