Try and take over America, eh? Best of luck. 'Tis all I'm saying. If you could fix or change any one thing in the world, what would it be and why? |

@ElectroPr0n: Ugh, it's called Sun Star G.U.M. @Dalton: Thanks, but I don't need it, if I start in Alabama, it's foolproof! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! @fantanoice: Fat people can go skinny dipping, but they shouldn't. It's just disgusting. Not that I would know. @KILZA: You should vote for me because I'm going to invade the U.S., find boxmaster and ban him from the world. |

@Dalton: My bad...forgot to answer it. If it were possible, I'd some how like to create a universal rationality. Basically, there would be a set of required information that all people must know and when it is spoken of, it is assumed as common sense or innate knowledge. For example, all people should know that in a standard business, firms buy products for a cost and sell it to make profit. Breaking even is not making money. I could go on with the list if you want, just ask the question, but I'll leave it at that for now. Why do I want to do this? I truly love our silly race known as humans. However, after working retail, you tend to loose faith in them because of the level of stupidty found in the work place. I'd love to cure humans of this because it would make us a much more likable race. @KILZA: I would be...the political party leader of..."Believes the Toronto Maple Leafs can Win the Stanley Cup" Party of Canada. No, really, I'd want to be conservative if you were serious about it. I like lots of things liberals think, but liberals are for weaklings who can't stand up on their own. Perhaps I'm exaggerating, but I honestly feel that way...sometimes. @fantanoice:.....What? |

Well, the Conservatives are gay. So I can't support them or you. What is your favorite sport to play? |

Yay, an opportunity for debate. Amber, why are you against standing for "weaklings who can't stand up on their own." What is wrong with helping someone who is unable to help themselves? Spoiler: click to toggle

@Kilza: Yay more debate, what is your reason for hating them? Anyway....I like to play hockey, but I don't get to that often because not many of my friends play, so we tend to play road hockey in the spring/summer. @Dalton: Well, despite what most people may or may not think of me, I'm a very unfair and cruel person. Yes, I'm Catholic and will donate my money to charity because I feel it is my duty. However, much beyond that I find to be pointless. My sort of...life philosophy is that we all make choices and we are responsible for the choices we make, so the life we live is our choice. Now of course people can always say "It's not their fault! They were born into this!" Well, there are certain exceptions to this argument, at least the way I see it. If you're born disabled, then there is not much you can do for yourself, unless you're some epic hero. If you're born into a poor family, you aren't entirely exempt from my philosophy, the way I see it. Anyone, if they work hard enough should be able to get back on their feet. I know this example isn't really for poor people but here it goes. I don't know about you guys in the U.S., but here in Canada, if you want a job, you can have one. The problem is, majority of the people are lazy. No, they don't bum at home and do nothing, they just want an easy job that pays good. Working at Tim Horton's or McDonalds isn't good enough for them so they reject it. Are they unable to get a job? No, just not that one they want. I dunno if this is the same situation in the U.S., but to get through this recession, people need to realize that they are going to have to take the harder jobs with lower wages and man up until things get better, because the government isn't going to get us out of this problem on their own and it isn't going to be a fast improvement. These things take time and people need to understand that. Sure, I might sound like a cruel dictator, which is what I truly believe in, I'm probably wrong, but that's why it's just an idea for me. The way I see it, our world is terribly over populated, I'm not a fan of killing people so I'd never think about any of that if you thought I was implying something. I just wish majority of our world was properly educated and understood some minor economic principles, which is why I would change things and make a "common sense" that is universal everywhere. tl;dr version, I don't think anyone has an excuse to be poor or out of the job, with a few exceptions obviously. A certain level of unemployment is always evident. If people understood some minor economic principles, I'd probably be happy. @Fantanoice:....Ask Google... @Paul: I'll tell you my top 3 because I love them so much. 1. Darker than Black 2. K-On! 3. Baccano! @Kez: I'm not THAT awesome, but I guess I am. Probably because....I don't know why. I'll take a hug, it's frigid cold in the Great White North. Let's just ask Kevin Butler, who is the only reason why I own a PS3. Edited by smoothz, Dec 7 2010, 09:48 AM.
