I wouldn't mind so much if you banned OU's, but you'd have to give me a month to prepare. I actually know nothing about the Tier list, I just chose stuff that's really good. But yeah, I bet half of it is in OU.

HeartGold: Santos 3051 - 9807 5849 Oh, HeartGold has a "Vs Recorder." It lets me record videos of friend battles on wifi to watch and such.
