Does anyone know of a very good tutorial about the main buttons and functions of GIMP? Not how to make graphics just yet? Can anyone find or know of a good tut that has this information? Or would be willing to write one themselves? I would really appreciate it and gladly accept any help given. I've been to GIMP tutorials onine but they didn't help much. Thanks so much

If you want a signature tutorial, there are many excellent tutorials at GimpTalk. I remember curly haired boy's tutorials helping me a lot. I actually made a signature tutorial a long time ago. I tried to make it as thorough as possible for people just starting out with GIMP, but whatever =P

Utorrent is what you use to download the torrents and you can find the torrents on quite a few different sites. Isohunt.com is the best, in my opinion.

They have a different layout and PS has a few more random features, but they're essentially the same thing. GIMP might even be a bit more user-friendly. Don't talk about things you know nothing about, man.

But it just comes down to a matter of preference I guess. I like GIMP a lot despite not being that good at it. It doesn't have a huge learning curve, and all it takes is some practice and you will be able to make some decent looking signatures and such. But again it just comes down to a matter of preference.
