Whoo, a fellow fanhate hater has arrived! Yay for Tenabla :>

Also, Ice, I meant to ask earlier, but where do you find out information like that about how much space different games take up, without the trash stuff and all? That'd be interesting to look into.
Well, I own both Twilight Princess' games, as well as Metroid Prime Trilogy, New Super Mario Bros, and Brawl, a hacked Wii for legal backups, and an external hard drive. You can rip Wii games from your disc right to the hard drive through the Wii's disc player, and it tells you how large the game is. You can also run the raw iso from the rip through Wii Scrubber to see how much trash data you can remove.

However, for just general knowledge, GBATemp and Wiiso are probably the best places.

Also, it has just been anounced that Skyward Sword is taking place before Ocarina of Time. How could this effect the story? Well, it means there is a possibility of young Link being in the game.

Much remains to be announced, so continue to look at this thread. Enjoy!

So that's why when I watched the trailer I had an OoT feeling.
The slingshot is also one of the items , when he also has a bow .
not sure whats so good about a slingshot when you have a bow .

Maybe some enemies that are resistant to arrows can be hit with a deku nut/seed or a rock from Link's slingshot, I don't know?

Ah, I remember the Deku Nut (best Zelda weapon ever). It really would be cool if it was in Skyward Sword.

I suppose it was useful (that's the stun nut right?) although I never really used it much, mostly slingshot, bow, boomerang, hookshot, or sword.

well.. it was said (by Myiamoto himself) that Ocarina is the first game. I think it's kind've imposible 'cause in the trailer, he's an adult, and we all know that ocarina begins and ends with link as a child. but, I guess, anything is possible. However, it's been going around that skyward sword is supposed to tell the story of the origins of the master sword, and since the Master Sword is pretty much archaic in Ocarina, then I suppose its safe to say that it isn't the same Link. Like how the Hero of the Winds has no lineage to the Hero of time, but I think the the twilit hero is the same as the hero of time :P it wouldn't be too crazy to say that the link in skyward is going to be some ancestor to the Hero of time or not as windwaker had proven... we'll see i suppose.

Does anybody think it would be a good idea to either have a major Zelda masterpeice end with Vaati instead of Gannondorf? or is it treason to say such a thing? If not would it be acceptable to have Vaati as some sort of sub-boss before Gannondorf? I just think it would be a good idea to have Vaati in a Main console title. What does everybody think?
