You may have a point but at least you don't need to drive plus even if it is going to fall, it should make a sharp turn. That way it would be useful. |

Let there be Cake for all

But that's a problem that can be easily fixed with improving one's own skill. To have an auto-pilot item would be encouraging sucktastic play. |

Auto-Pilot? What would the point of the game be then? |

Exactly. I think it takes out the meaning of skill. |

With auto-pilot, the whole point of the game is gone. No use for skill, no use for anything, what's the point of a game where all you do is control the items.

huh? If you mean to ask what the 3D effect is going to be for Mario Kart 3DS, then it's everything I guess. The whole point of the 3DS is that it'll make the image on the top screen 3D-like. Of course you can always move the slider so that you can control the amount of 3D effects that will take place. |

What about (with the 3DS) your perspective is swapped? So it looks like Mario is driving towards you with the 3D effect!!! Wait, no... Nevermind. |

Things don't need to pop out in 3D technology. That's what ruined it. The true advantage of 3D is not for cheap thrills, it's to fully immerse the viewer in what they're watching. A movie like Avatar was quite the spectacle because it didn't just "pop out". It drew the viewer into it's world with visuals that were so filled with depth that you literally felt like you were on Pandora. That's the true meaning of 3D technology. |

Casual Bowser... oh, the horror!

Private chat would be okay, but I've never liked public voice-chat. All that is said are an uncountable amount of swearing. Nintendo would never do that probably, because they don't want parents to hesitate from buying their games. Even if you can prohibit WiFi, some parents still would put something like this into consideration. |

Totally agree about the public chat. I absolutely hate it. So many obnoxious, idiotic people in this world ... |

Maybe that is the reason why Nintendo dosen't do public chat. People in the world says foul word or something. At least Nintendo cares about the children.

I love my Avatar, it was done by AoL.
|
I know when people play Call Of Duty online (not myself, but friends) they are apparently able to speak to the people they are playing against. And they get sweared at all the time, but it is rated 18+ so... |
