Posts: 2,476 Group: Former Staff Member #12,237 Joined: August 29, 2009 Coins 15	I was actually going to say that they should make Luigi's Mansion for the 3DS and that it could actually be a possibility. I was watching an interview yesterday with Konno and he said that Luigi's Mansion was the game they used to test 3D. This was back in the GameCube era, a little after the game was released. They connected a stereoscopic LCD display to a GameCube and displayed Luigi's Mansion on it. It had depth and you were able to gauge distance really well, like the room's size and the sense of scale. Here's the interview if you want to watch it. I would be very happy with Luigi's Mansion on the 3DS. I love that game. It was the first GameCube game I ever owned, haha. For the most part, I'd rather have brand new entries into a series than remakes, but to be honest, I wouldn't mind if they ported their entire N64 VC catalog to the 3DS - as long as they continue to make new games. I don't care about the fact that they are ports - I'd love to have games like Sin and Punishment on the go. Hell, it has the power - I wouldn't mind PS2 ports either - so long as they keep on making new games. Also, here are some tidbits regarding the 3DS - Quote: “[The 3Ds] no health issues. That means there's still a chance that they'll change some of the items on the handheld.

But whether it is 2D or 3D is the question. This Persona game for the 3DS, I have a strong feeling that it may in fact be Persona 5 and not a side one. Persona 5 was confirmed to be in the works. Instead of making Persona 4 for an hd console or even the Wii they went with the PS2. Very late PS2 game. However there was something that made me believe that for sure Persona 5 would be on a console but I can't remember what that was now. It seems that Atlus doesn't like the hd consoles though like the Dragon Quest creater. Dragon Quest IX by the way is being published by Nintendo instead of Square Enix. This is big. Probably will be the highest selling Dragon Quest game. This Kingdom Hearts game on the 3DS is new but it is not Kingdom Hearts 3. When asked about Kingdom Hearts 3 Square just recently, after the 3DS was announced, said that Kingdom Hearts 3 will be on a console and I have a strong feeling that it will be on the Wii cause of the 3DS. Yes just because of the 3DS. I still can't believe that Zelda is exactly how I thought it would look. The only thing is I thought the graphics would have been a little better. But wow, I predicted that it would be cell shaded as adult Link, no toon Link and just everything else about how it looks. Wow maybe I'm psychic, I still can't believe it. And how they changed the game's look after E3 last year to make it more of a painting. I'm pretty sure Anouma said that if they would've went with the exact same style as Twilight Princess the game would have already been done. But I agree, the visuals need some work. I really like the art style and it could eventually look really cool, but it could definitely use a lot of touching up. The draw distance especially is a blurry mess.

Devi Survivor is a DS game (a fantastic one, might I add. It actually got me into the SMT series.) However, it could be a Beta Name, or it could be a remake (Maybe to make it look more like Nocturne, which would be cool.) However, "Shin Megami Tensei" doesn't carry the word "Franchise" after it, like all of the other promised games from developers without full titles. (i.e, Bomberman Franchise means that in some way, shape, or form, Bomberman will be coming to the 3DS, as opposed to 'Shin Megami Tensei", which, while the name of a series itself, is also a specific title in the series.) Do I smell a brand new remake of the first SMT game? I don't think it's Persona. While most of the Persona games carry the "Shin Megami Tensei" prefix, some of them (mostly the older ones) do not. I'm sure they would've said "SMT: Persona" "Persona", or hell, even "SMT Franchise." However, the list just says "Shin Megami Tensei", so I'm thinking it's either a remake of the original SMT, a port with 3D, or a brand new title that carries the originals name. Either way, I don't think it's Persona 5. It'd be really fucking cool, but I doubt it And I agree -the visuals (in term of draw distance and shadows) do need work. However, Nintendo doesn't put out shit, so I don't think they'd put this out with out touching it up a bit first. As it is, it's still acceptable - I just know Nintendo will actually finish a title before publishing it. I hope.

The image list on my computer doesn't list Persona as a title - it just says Shin Megami Tensei and Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor. Well then, bad assery all around. Still in yet, however, it just says "Persona." The only title in the Persona series to be simply labeled "Shin Megami Tensei: Persona" is the PSP remake of the first Persona game. I'm definitely hoping they aren't porting the PSP version to the game to the 3DS. A new installment would be nice, however.

If i was going to get one gmae when the 3ds is released ( the ones that have been anounced so far ) it would either be mario kart 3ds , ocarina of time , or paper mario . lugis mansion would be good .
