Practically anyone from BioShock, but especially McDonagh, Cohen and Atlas; Edgeworth, Maya (Ace Attorney series); Minsc (Baldur's Gate series); Sheogorath (Oblivion); I'm sure there are many others as well. Favourite Game: My top 3 in order are BioShock, Ocarina of Time, and Pokemon Blue

There aren't many here :D Favorite Console: Probably the DS, for various reasons. Favorite Characters: SO MANY.... I'll name my favorite character(s) from each series I like very much, because if I start naming all the ones I love, by the time I'm through with Pokemon alone I'll have written a book. LoZ - Saria Pokemon - (this one is so hard) Togepi/Noctowl/Grovyle(PMD2)/Jigglypuff/Dusknoir(PMD2); there are many more, but I'll leave it at that for simplicity. Mario - Shroob race (any varient) Professor Layton - Flora Mother - Ness (because I don't know many more D:) Hm, that sould be enough. Favorite Game: Well, it really depends on what angle I'm looking at it from. From a nostaligic point of view, Pokemon Yellow wins. But no, overall, it's a tie between these two games: Wind Waker Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky I love them both very much. Edited by Togeshroob, Mar 24 2010, 08:32 PM.

I think there's actually a fair amount of Layton fans here, myself included (though I've only played Diabolical Box).

I think there's actually a fair amount of Layton fans here, myself included (though I've only played Diabolical Box). Well they're all closeted then D: Also, he is a master of the teacup, a most admirable trait in my eyes. And he has a car named after himself. There are cars such as Batmobile... but nothing beats LAYTONMOBILE! You should really get the first game, Pickle. Sure the story's not as involved as DB, but nonetheless it is still very good and memorable. Plus you'll get to know and love some of DB's characters better, such as Flora and Don Paolo. They played much larger roles in Curious Village; it will really make you appreciate them more. Plus St. Mystere is one of the most charming and wonderful video game towns I know; if I were to live anywhere in a video game, St. Mystere would probably be the place. Also, since you're in the village the whole time, the townsfolk play more of a role, and you get to know them and remember them better than DB's townfolk (since you have to leave towns, and there are so many to keep track of). Anyway, are you Layton fans excited for the third in the trilogy? The Last Time Travel? I for one cannot wait, and it is my main hope for E3 this year. I hope they don't make us wait two years like they did with the first two. I mean, Japan already has the 1st in the prequel trilogy coming out!

Anyway, I realized this is in the first party section so I'm going to change my list to better fit the section: Favorite Console: Wii Favorite Characters: Link, Happy Mask Salesman, Ganondorf; Layton; Giovanni (before he goes soft); maybe some others I can't think of. Most of my favorite characters are not first party Nintendo characters. Favorite game: OoT

Favorite Characters: Commander Shepard (Mass Effect) Favorite Game: Paper Mario (N64) "Favorite" game and "best" game can be different for me. I think the very best game ever made is The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time because it's the pinnacle of the action-adventure genre and took the Zelda series into 3D without a hitch, but Paper Mario is my favorite game of all time though not even close to the best.
