And really any character who explains controls/acts as a tutorial. Oh, when he first popped up, I knew he was HAD to be secretly evil. But then, he turned out he was good after all. Funny, I was never expecting Elder Princess Shroob when the final boss time rolled around, which should have been obvious, but for most of the game I was expecting Stuffwell to be evil, which shouldn't have even been considered. Ahhh, I love that game~ Anyway, how about... Hm, Sonic characters keep coming to mind (Chip, Charmy, Marine, etc etc), but that's Sega... Oh, what about the leader of the Killer Bees on Wind Waker? Funny how your spin attack was right at the same height as his neck ;D

Those who look deeper into the layers of a Nintendo game will realize, "Wow, so many elements from the oldest games are still in the games today! I don't care if I am (proabably will, too) going to get brutally murdered multiple times for this; words truly cannot express my hate for that idiotic yellow electric rat. Pikachu is, simply put, imo the most annoying, sickening excuse of a "character" ever created by Nintendo or any company known for creating fiction characters. I am absolutely sick of seeing that thing plastered on every Pokemon-related item known to man. It's voice is incredibly annoying, it's random ridiculous power in the anime is just beyond stupid, the countless spammers of him in Smash Bros. (its especially bad on Brawl's random Wi-Fi.) and that's just the start of the list.

Truthfully, I used to not like Pikachu, just because it was so iconic. Then, I played Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, and I was a Pikachu. Because of that game's uncommonly fantastic and emotional story, I grew to adore Pikachu (and Chimchar, because he was my partner). If it wasn't for this game's story, I'd still not like Pikachu. Actually that game is what made me come to love D/P Pokemon. I wasn't that big of a 4th gen fan. Then, PMD2 presented them all (with other gens of course - I have a Grovyle obsession now) in such a different way, and gave depth to the ones that were in the story. For instance, I thought Bidoof was a stupid idea at first, but training with him in Wigglytuff's guild, and seeing him have a lovable character made me like him after all. Same with Dusknoir (though, he was more hateable).

And a decent chunk of the Pokemon roster is pretty lame, but overall the series has produced some good characters. I feel like I'm missing some. I hate Toadette. And modern Yoshi. Yoshi post Yoshi's Story=Shit.

Well, I must defend him here, Dunsparce was a very very powerful member of my team on Silver, when I had all my pokemon around 85, he was the best one. The least awesome have to be the big nose blue/purple guys from Rayman 2: The Great Escape. I don't remember their names, I just remember their annoying voices and how annoying they were
