Oh shit that is soon. That is too soon. What about Metroid? It's not too soon, I don't think. I said in another thread: myself I don't know about Other M, LK, but I'm pretty sure that they're not rushing SMG2. Someone (maybe Miyamoto) said something that suggested that they could've rushed and released it in 2009, but NSMBW was being realeased and they wanted to space the releases out. Probably, they're just putting the polish on it. They had a very developed trailer at E3 last year, so even by then it was far in production. Those screens look fantastic, by the way. I love how so far I've not seen ONE of the same backgrounds used in SMG1. Effort! EDIT: OMGOMGOMG look at the screenshots again! The beach one has a Pianta (sp?) from Sunshine on it. I love those those things! Also, that jungle level where Mario's flying with that bird looks like a large overworked-type level, the only thing SMG1 lacked. Also also, it looks like level selection has changed, seeing that one screenshot that says 'World 3.' Also also also, the new fire place has a really good-looking background. And I love that ruins-looking, floating tree-cloud place. SMG2 come sooner D: Edited by Togeshroob, Feb 24 2010, 09:56 PM.

They're those shell people from Noki Bay, the other civilized race on Isle Delphino. I hope they come back also. Mysteriously, I haven't seen any sign of Rosalina. I'm nearly positive she'll be there, it's just interesting that she hasn't showed yet. Or maybe she did in the trailer, I haven't watched it yet. I just loved the fact that Nintendo included them in Super Star Baseball. A pretty good summit. I'm fairly surprised at the release dates. This is going to be one kick ass year for consumers, all around.

What's wrong with you! I know I wasn't, but I've never been a Metroid fan. I don't dislike it, I've just never played a Metroid game. Although Other M is getting me more interested in it with every piece of news, so who knows, I might just get into the franchise with it. I almost bought the Prime trilogy bunch, and I regret not doing it a little. Plus, being the die-hard Zelda fanboy that I am, the thought of an actually cohesive timeline for once sounds deliciously enticing.
