When I first saw it the first thing to pop into my mind was, that looks like an inverted Shinx, but after I went and looked up a pic of Shinx I realized the two really don't look to much alike other than the fact that they are both small and sort of dog-like.

Is it just me, or does Zorua's appearance bear a vague resemblance to Shinx? ._.
    More like:

Weird, that's what I told a friend it looked like today. Except I said Eevee instead of Flareon, and I threw in Chimchar (the fire-looking hair-crest thing), but still that's pretty close.

The new Pokemon are kind of lame...
I'm looking forward to the starters though.

That would be pretty cool. if they can make it look good. Most of the newer Evos look like crap.

Personally I love many of the new evos. For instance: Roserade, Froslass, Dusknoir, to name a few.

Though, I'm probably the only one here that likes 4th generation Pokemon in general. Same for 3rd gen. I think it's because of all the spin-offs; when 4th gen Pokemon were first shown, I didn't like them, and thought they all looked idd. Even after playing D/P I thought that about some of them. But then I played more spin-offs (PMD2, you can't beat it) and came to love the 4th gen as much as the others.

They need something for some odd pokemon... I mean Pachirisu gets boring without an evolution.

considering the intrest lost after gen 4... gen 5 has to pull off something big...

Generation 4 picked up far more interest than 3 did - and rightfully; it changed many aspects of the previous 3 generations, ranging from look to actual gameplay.

I'm hoping generation 5 has more than 8 badges. I mean, seriously. After playing Gold/Silver, I still can't figure out why they didn't do something like that for the titles following them.

I just want them to balance out the types of Pokemon...Ponyta, Chimchar and evolutions of them are the only fire pokemon in Sinnoh?....lolwut

I completely agree with you there smoothz. I remember playing Pearl and trying to find a Fire Pokemon before I faced the Elite Four, but Ponyta/Rapidash were the only one's because I chose Piplup as my starter.

And I think the only reason why Gen 4 was so much more selling than Gen 3, was because of the Nintendo DS itself.
The Nintendo DS seems kind of like a gimmick, just like the motion controls for the Wii are. Sure some games are great like that, but not all are.

They need to make a sequel equal to G/S, that is they need to have a dramatic gameplay change that changes it quite a bit, but still retains that feel.
Maybe having the ability to have 5 moves? Maybe 3 type pokemon (i.e. Gyrados would be Water/Flying/Dragon)? Maybe add another Type? Someone was talking (it might've been here) about a light type to oppose dark type.

There fo sho needs to be some region re-visitting, like in G/S, as well as more badges.

Do something interesting it. I think the reason some people are getting turned off pokemon is that it's starting to be the same thing. Unless something is done with it, everyone will start to feel that way.

I don't think they have to worry much about too many people leaving Pokemon. For every person that grows out of Pokemon, there's likely another just being introduced to it. For all the younger kids, all of this stuff is still new to them.
