If they could just have wild Pokemon underground...like Onix and Geodude...
God, I hate Geodude. All Rock-type Pokemon in general suck. Why not have a mole-like Pokemon? Why not? It could be Drilleon for god's sake, but not Geodude!

    LRN2POKEMON:

Diglett (¥Ç¥£¥°¥À Diguda?, Digda in original Japanese language versions) is a basic mole-like creature that can be found only in Diglett's Cave and Route 228. Facial features include two small black eyes and red/pink beak like feature, similar to a nose. Capable of burrowing at the speed of sound, it thrives in dark underground caves since exposure to bright light can weaken it. The burrow and excretions left by a Diglett, rather like those of a real-life earthworm, keep the soil aerated and fertile. For this reason, Diglett are prized by farmers.
The appearance of Diglett's mysterious hands and feet is unknown, though they probably exist because Diglett can use moves such as slash and fury swipes. Only the head of a Diglett can be seen popping out of the ground. However, feet have been hinted at, as in Pok¨¦mon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Red Rescue Team after the player defeats Skarmory.

THERE HAS BEEN A MOLE POCKET MONSTER SINCE THE FIRST GENERATION

DO YOU GUYS KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT POKEMON?

DUNSPARCE IS A LAND SNAKE POKEMON. SNAKES KNOW HOW TO DIG, JUST BECAUSE IT CAN DIG DOESNT MAKE IT A MOLE.
    Nope.
    It's a mole.
    Look at it.
It has wings, so it's not a snake.

Dunsparce are pale yellow, serpentine Pokémon with two small, white-colored wings which are capable of lifting the Pokémon a few inches off the ground. They also possess a drill on the end of their tail for digging which resembles a rattlesnake's rattle. Besides their main pale yellow coloration, they have accentuations of blue, such as the ring patterning encircling their eyes, the thick stripes on the pattern on its back, and its underside, and beige, such as its eyelids and back. Dunsparce’s eyes seemed perpetually closed and goggle-like in appearance, somewhat like Baltoy’s, and there are pointed prongs on the underside of its chin

Why don't fire/rock/ground pokemon get hurt in the rain?
There was a whole episode in the anime devoted to ash saving a charmander from the rain.
I know that, I meant in the games.

I think a better question is why Ponyta can bounce in the air for so long.
And why it can't bounce to other cities.

Am I not the only one who thought the series was going to end at 4?

    Geez, they just keep coming.

Not that I'm overly irritated by it, but it does get annoying.

I'm excited that there are new Pokemon games in the way, but there's getting to be too many...

I remembered the Poke Rap when I was little and it had all 150...I wonder if someone has made a Pokemon Rap with all 495... :/

I'm going to guess Topaz and Amethyst Versions as the name.

Unless they decide to pull something new and unexpected... I remember when they were first announced, some kind of new, surprising thing was hinted at. Although, this was before the announcing of the 3DS, so the new part is probably that.

Did anybody else lol at the trolling at the start of this page? Yeahno? Anyway.

I'm not really excited at all about the new games. Didn't really enjoy Emerald or Platinum, but loved HeartGold to death. I probably won't be getting another 'next gen' Pokemon game unless they incorporate all the regions, like how the Johto games incorporated Kanto.

I agree that more regions should be in one game. Though, I'm not sure they could fit 5 entire regions in one game, and make them all developed :/

But that was part of Gold and Silver's appeal - it wasn't just a whole new set of Pokemon/people/region. It very evenly and mixed all of the new in with all of the old, making it seem as if they naturally fit all along.

Take the first routes, for instance. In R/B/Y, you find your Pidgeys and Rattatas. And see, in G/S/C, you still find Pidgey and Rattata, as well as Sentret and Hoothoot. But then, in 3rd gen, and also 4th, you don't find many other gen Pokemon; you find Wurmple and Zigzagoon (3rd), and Starly and Bidoof (4th).

What I'm saying is that, if they're going to make a new region and whatnot; don't focus so much on its newness. Instead, integrate them into what we already know.

Though, for the 3rd gen, I'll say that it was a good move to create an entire new region with new Pokemon native. This is only because it was a good time to start fresh with the basic foundation for the games (new area, Pokemon, evil team, etc; 1st and 2nd gen used the same), seeing as it would be getting slightly repetitive. However, what they should have done with D/P is the same thing they did with Gold and Silver; that is integrate Hoenn and Sinnoh, with Sinnoh being new and Hoenn explored later; just like Kanto and Johto.

Anyway, I actually loved the 3rd gen; Hoenn was by far the most the vibrant and colorful region out of the 4, with lots of unique places to explore. Playing HearGold has made me want a remake of Ruby and Sapphire (just not with the current gen color-scheme; it's much too pale for Hoenn). Too bad 3rd gen gets so much fan hate :/

I agree as well. I was a little taken off guard by it though.

But on another note, when Ash went to Hoenn, it was the 'second' (seriously) season in Japan and when he went to Sinnoh, it was the 'third' season. They may even try to make the games fresh whenever the Anime gets 'fresh' (if you can call ditching all Pogemanz at Oak's 'fresh'). I dunno, just a thought...
