Is it an N or G. I have a belkin (I think that is how it is spelled) but it works really well when it seems to want to. I have the router at the back of the house and I have been told that the Wii won't connect to a wireless router N of any kind.

Peronally, I have a beef with Belkin and Bell, worst combination ever.

I say go for D-Link or Linksis, both good brands, Linksis tends to be on the expensive side.

In regards to B/G/N. All routers are backwards compatible. For example, I have a D-Link Wireless N router. This router will give off signals of B/G/N. The Wii only has a G reciever in it so it will pick up the G. If you have something with an N reciever, it will pick up the N. If you can get the better one for a good price why not?

I used a Netgear router before and it worked well, and now I have a 2Wire one.

    hi there.
Linksys gets my vote... I've had a N Linksys gigabit for the for last 4 years and it works great. If you play PC games a lot, it works great for port forwarding when trying to host local server games.
