I know that both are very unlikely, but would you rather have teh Melee remade or enjoy (or suffer through) a new Smash bros game? |

A new Smash Bros. game for the Wii. Which is very unlikely; they'll either produce one for the next gen console (since nearly all Nintendo games follow that pattern; N64, GCN, Wii) or discontinue making them. I think they'll discontinue, but a remake of Melee doesn't seem like the greatest idea. |

A new game, but with the Melee physics system. And all the characters from Melee stay the same, except the ones that suck. Those could get an upgrade. |

Dude, just emulate it. Better graphics, online play, etc. |

If you mean Emulation on Wii, I'd personally prefer to keep it legit. If you mean Emulation on Computer, I've done it already. I just wanna know how it feels on the Wii.

I wouldn't mind a new one, but I would like to see more 3rd party characters, and less Ice Climbers |

I'd rather Nintendo release it on VC and give it online support, updated graphics (like OOT) and official leaderboards and such. Plus, it'd allow for full speed emulation for those who cannot run the game. That being said, I'd prefer a new SSB for either the DS (which I know can handle it), or for a Nintendo Console. |

This is exactly what I want. Just add the characters from Brawl and a few more new ones. |

Fuck You. And Can I Have This Dance?

Depends. I don't want a new game if it's like Brawl. I want a new, Melee-Like game. |

In my opinion, you can slice and dice a remake of SSB or create a whole new one, but the big picture still makes it the same game. I buy every new SSB, play the living crap out of it, and then not pick it up again for months. Oh well, at least they make each new one interesting with a few new characters, levels, and items. |
Voted "A serious lurker who'll one day live in a box!" Thanks Everyone!

As long as it retains the psychics of Melee (as Pulse and Mike said) then I'll gladly want a Melee remake =D |
