Homebrew can be used to emulate games, which makes them lose money. Also, it might lead to a lawsuit. |

1. It doesn't make them money. 2. Some of it can lead to lawsuits. 3. They like to know what is on their systems, which is actually a good thing. 4. The homebrew can contain illegal material or be used in illegal activities. (Don’t ask how, use your imagination for a sec and I know you’ll come up with something . . . I sure as hell could) 5. It can be harmful and may contain viruses (and don't say this is B.S. because I bricked a PSP once trying to use homebrew) So yeah, that’s why they hate homebrew. |
