    		 I was thinking it should follow the storyline. You start off with in Kanto and work your way down to whatever the last region will be. You take ships to different regions and every pokemon is available on that one game (no version exclusives). Every time you reach a new region, you get to select from the region's starters, meet new friends and the professor, ect. You'll still have all of your pokemon from the other region but you have a chance to start over. The game should include battle tower and the other battle places, like on emerald and platinum, and super contests. What do you think?

    		 Sounds... big. Your Pokemon would probably hit 100 long before you'd finish the game, though.

    		 it could work, but i don't think it will ever happen. all the smart people will just keep the pokemon they started with in the first region

    		 That actually sounds pretty awesome. I myself have always wanted Nintendo to make a Pokemon MMO, but they'll never do it. :/
