Are the individual codes for Action Replay for DS the same? For example, say you have a code that does the same thing for Transformers Autobots and Transformers Decepticons, will it be the same code?

About 95% of the time, the codes are different. Every once in a while, there may be a code that works for both. I've only seen one for Pokemon D/P.

He's right: even in Diamond and Pearl, some of the actual lines vary. While you might not notice it, the codes may be different.

The Transformers games might be different. You can always try, as the ill effects can't alter the game's state unless it's saved. (With most cases, that is.)

Ok, in that case, would you know if the codes for the american pokemon diamond, pearl, and platinum are the same? If they wouldn't be the right codes but you enter a code that's for pearl in platinum, if it's not the same code would it mess up your game or something?

Generally, the code will either mess up something or not do anything, if it wasn't made for the game. None of the codes for D/Pe (I don't know about Pl's codes yet) work on the other except unofficial AR codes, which could be unstable.
