After seeing todays E3, yes. Metroid, Mario Galaxy 2, Mario and Luigi 3 (which I knew about but WOW), and so many others! I won't have any money left in four months. Plus, more promises for the DSi. I was starting to lose hope, but now, it's restored.
Same here, thumbs up to Nintendo!

Not Nintendo, I have faith in Shigeru Miyamoto and Masahiro Sakurai.

If they left Nintendo, I think it would be toast.
    Wanted Games (To be made):
    Super Paper Mario Galaxy
    Pikmin 3 & DS
    Kirby Airride 2 & DS
    Pokemon Snap 2 & DS
    Star Wars Battlefront 3
Zelda-Wii (TP was for GC to)
    Any new Kirby
A Zelda 4-Swords for Wii or DS(With online connectivity for both)
    Civilization Revolution for Wii!

Ok, lets face it, with Nintendo's success of the Wii, everything has gone down hill, the last games from Nintendo that were truly phenomenal were, Super Smash Bros., Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, and their best, Twilight Princess, but we could definitely see a decline starting at the horrible E3 08, where Nintendo gave us nothing, accept Wii Music, Wii Sports 2, and the almost same Animal Crossing on DS brought to Wii, so since then we have heard NO good news, except one thing that made my hopes go high, and that was that some one said "we will hear something about the next zelda in 2009", so now im am just worried, I hope so much that they don't do ANYTHING to make zelda casual, or it would make me almost cry because I couldn't trust them anymore. So today a NEW zelda was announced, called Spirit Tracks for the DS. It looks a lot like PH, but I am slightly disappointed that it is similar even with the traveling around in a boat, except in this game you use a train... I have faith that it will be good, but just not as original, do any of you think it will be good? Well anyway, my main concern in Zelda for Wii,

:erm: -So my main question is, do you still have faith and hope in Nintendo?
:'( -and do you still believe the next Zelda Wii will be amazing?
There is certainly not a decline in how much money Nintendo is making, however, I understand your points.

Nintendo's big phrase this year is "Something for Everyone." This is a big part of the Revolution they started a few years ago.
Even president Iwata at E3 this year spoke about tapping into that market of people that have never played video games but are still curious to try. And I commend them, they have done an excellent job. They have expanded the video game base, they have a lot of third party titles out, and they always seem to be "in the lead" someplace in the world at any given moment.

However, it seems that we are back into the question of whether or not we have faith in Nintendo to supply quality core titles for the base that has followed them since the beginning. I have to say, yes I do.

We have SMG 2 coming out, first time we have had a Mario sequel on the same system since the NES, we have Motion Plus which I have not tried yet, but it is supposed to open up better third party support for games like Red Steel 2 and better motion period, and of course the announcement of Metroid: Other M. They will continue to come out with quality games, I just believe the execution of the message needs to be done properly and Nintendo needs to just do it!

I'll explain - Nintendo has been seen as a "catering-to toddler's" company for some years now by Xbox/PS fanboys, and main stream hard-core industry. - it makes me sick. When the Wii came out, however, everyone got this system and we had some great titles at launch including Twilight Princess. SMG, Metroid Prime 3, SSBB were all known to be in development so we waited until they came out, but then all of sudden we hit last year's E3 and most of us were left scratching our heads.!.!.!.! Wii Music???...in my opinion a concept that went in the wrong direction.

Also, since then, I do not deny it, but my Wii has been gathering dust since Christmas of last year. My Hi-Def games have been occupying my time as I wait for the quality Wii games to come out. Yes Punchout is a good game, but I do not feel the need to dish out $50 for a rehash game that does not have enjoyable multiplayer (please note that I do not own the game but I have played it many times.)

Fast Forward to now, after E3 09...I was like YES! Motion Plus is here, New Super Mario Brothers with multiplayer, the new SM galaxy and talk of a new Zelda Game for the Wii. Even Metroid Other M...the more I see the game, the more I look forward to it. The only thing I disliked about the presentation was when Reggie said something to the effect of: "what if we make one of storied franchises edgier than the past efforts." - Nintendo just agreed with the rest of gaming community up on stage...they don't have to answer such nonsense...just let the games do the talking! And as far as marketing...have marketing for their core stuff as well as their casual games!

I can keep going on...but to answer your second question, I hope Zelda Wii is spectacular, but it needs to be something big...not simply defeat Ganon or have Link turn into another animal...lets Kill Ganon once and for all or something. I saw that supposed artwork and simply do not know what to make of it. Even though I love Twilight Princess (and I can't stand the artwork for the WindWaker/Spirit Tracks Zelda games), Ocarina of Time sets the standard for what a Zelda game should be - I want no gimmicks. Gimme Link, gimme a few Links from different times fighting together...and get some serious sword fighting.

Nintendo can have it both ways...it simply comes down to the proper message and the games.

lets Kill Ganon once and for all or something.
All I have to say is that if these are our choices, it better be the "or something." Killing Ganon once and for all is like killing Bowser once and for all. Nintendo can't and won't kill their best villain.

Foremost is the chromatic substance accomplishment to Picklegod! Pickle contributes to all parts of the forum, stays astir, and mostly is awful to everyone he meets. A wonderful, intelligent somebody, Pickle testament now better us with every day NF decisions. Approval Picklgod!

I have tons of faith in Nintendo's major first-party franchises. Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Super Smash Bros., etc. will all always be good. They have been for over twenty years. Unfortunately, there just isn't anything that stellar on the Wii. Xbox 360 has awesome third-party support like BioShock, Orange Box, Grand Theft Auto IV, Resident Evil 5, Assassin's Creed, and so on. And on. And on. While in my opinion Nintendo is the best developer and publisher, the sheer quantity of awesome games from various publishers far outweighs Nintendo's games on Wii in my opinion.

So I have faith in Nintendo, just not the vast majority of other publishers on Wii. There are some great third-party games, but not enough to pull me away from Xbox Live.
