On the official Marvelous website(a company that helps make Harvest Moon and No More Heroes) has a weird Zelda themed timer on their website. http://www.mmv.co.jp/special/game/30/ There's also another timer on the Japanese Sega website. But this one is a mushroom, that looks a little similar to a SMB mushroom. Plus there's a lot of other logos on the site. One says "Cero B," one is two gender symbols, and the other is what looks like a hand holding a knife. The mushrooms also makes a sound that sounds almost like the 1up sound. http://pole.sega.jp/ There's also a video on YouTube that talks about both timers. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dv_5kWtMhCQ The timer with the Triforces could be for a Zelda game. Maybe Nintendo is teaming up with this company to make one? Capcom has helped make a few Zelda games, so Nintendo teaming up to make another Zelda wouldn't be too surprising. But I'm not sure about the Sega one. It looks like it could be Mario related. But I compared the sprites from this to the original SMB mushroom sprites, and they're not the same. Maybe a new Mario game, with Sega helping? But if that was the case, it would probably be for the DS. Our one console Mario came out already. 16x16_smiley-sad.gif Maybe a cross between Mario and Sonic, like that Crash and Spyro thing? According to the video, both timers end at the same time. Just one is in seconds, while the other is in hours:minutes:seconds format. Hm... What do you think? |

Probably a fools joke. If this was real, Nintendo would have brought it out. But I'm not making judgment yet. I'll wait and see until the timer runs out. And as for the Mario one, I think the knife symbol symbolizes violence. I don't recall Mario being violent.

Umm... so you can click the 'U' on the Mario one and it take you to: http://u-can.sega.jp/ Relevance to Mario-esque and Sonic one? Nothing at all. >.< |
