If you said yes, then here is this really cool site a friend of mine showed me today. It's called Project Euler.net. Basically, it's a series of 219 (and occassionally updated) difficult math problems that are designed to be solved by a program that you write. I've solved two problems with TI-BASIC today, and I'm working out another one now. If you sign up, go ahead and post your solutions here, but use spoiler tags in case people haven't solved the problem yet.

Euler's Identity FTW! *points to member title*

Some of those look pretty hard, but some of them can also be done with simple pen and paper too. I don't know how to program, so I'm stuck with the old school method. :P

Oh yeah! I knew that name looked familiar, but I just realized what it was. But yeah, there were actually over 300 people who claim to use a pencil and paper, and the teacher who told my friend actually doesn't know how to program either, and he got the first 5 problems done with an Excel spreadsheet, so you can get past me, technically. I'm currently writing a code to find the 10001st prime number. I've almost got it, I think, but there are some commands I'm not sure of, so I'm having a friend who's more fluent in the language help me out with the coding.

I use TI-BASIC, which is a form of BASIC that is only found on Texas Instrument calculators. It's pretty easy to learn, but there's a lot of nuances, and it's pretty unforgiving.

Plus the calculators themselves are $100+ dollars.

Well, they're suggested for our classes, but they're actually only like $80-$90. Most people at my school have them, so...

I have a calculator powerful enough to code (perhaps overly powerful <_<) but I'm terrible at calculations and such...

Yeah, I'm not great with coming up with formulas, either, but I can manage. I gave up on finding the 10001st prime number because my calculator couldn't handle it,but I found the sum of all even numbers in the Fibonacci sequence under 4,000,000, so I'm up to 3/219 problems solved. Yay.

Most of them were really easy. But i only looked at the first two but it looks like these aren't difficult. more like time consuming problems

Haha, if you try to do them without a program, they will be very time-consuming. Like, days, weeks, maybe even months...

Yah but i don't see the point in solving something that i know i can find the answer to but i dont want to waste my time i way rather spend time on hard things.

Uhh, you couldn't possibly have looked at any of those problems because all of them (with the exception of one) are very difficult to do. The point is not to look them up online, but rather to write a program to figure it out. I honestly think you are lying.

First two are easy but sorry i didn't get the part where you had to write a program to figure it out that would actually be difficult.
