Hey guys, welcome to the user-made Nintendo Database! A lot of time and effort has gone into here, and a lot of contributions from other members, so be sure to read carefully and enjoy everything that has been written. I myself haven't written many articles, but a lot of awesome members have so I think we all owe them a big thank-you.
    ==========
Right, so we've done the welcome; but what is this place all about? Well, when members were given the chance to write a bit about their favorite Nintendo stuff, they went wild with contributions. You can submit your own articles to be put in here via the ideas thread and view them and many others over here. As a collective of all the articles, I have to use more BBcode than you can shake a stick at, so there may be some random errors. In the meantime, look around, clue up on Nintendo and thank all the authors that have written all these great articles.

PLEASE DO NOT POST IN THIS THREAD, THANKYOU

    Thanks for all the support,
    Shieldbou

    Nintendo ~The Playing Card Company

    Sqiggles

Nintendo's legacy of video games had to start somewhere: a software company... an electronics store... maybe a toy company. What I certainly didn't expect was a playing card company. From 1889, in the Meiji era, set in Kyoto. They produced cards for the game "Hanafuda." Nintendo was started by a man called Fusajiro Yamauchi, and was a not-so reputable company from 1889 to 1956. After this period, Nintendo began wandering into other ventures, such as a taxi company, an instant noodle producer, and even a chain of "Love hotels". A notable product you may remember, is the vacuum cleaner "Chiritori" which made a brief cameo as a toy in Warioware: Mega microgame$. Perhaps expectedly, all these ventures failed, with the exception of toy making and card production. With such a poor sales history, how could Nintendo survive? Well, in 1975, Hiroshi Yamauchi (the new manager after Fusajiro's death in 1940) gained the right to distribute the Magnavox, an exceedingly rare console. The rest, as they say, is history.

    Nintendo ~The Tetris Wars

    Squiggles

Tetris, by Alexey Pajitnov is a popular puzzle game started in 1985. It started off as a game for home computers such as the Amiga, yet the real controversy began when it extended to the home console, facilitated by ELORG, a Russian hardware distribution company. Come 1989, the rights to distribute Tetris on consoles was supposedly held by a dozen different companies. ELORG, claiming that none of these companies owned the rights, gave the Arcade rights to Atari, and the Western console and handheld versions to Nintendo. Despite this, Tengen, the Console sector of Atari applied for Nintendo's rights, with a complete disregard for Nintendo's rights. Naturally, as all good businessmen do, they (Atari) sued the buggers, and so the Tetris Wars began. Within a four week period, the war ended, and all Tengen copies were revoked. Nintendo then released the version we know of on the NES. After this, the Gameboy Colour version was released, then the DS version. Of course, with only the console and handheld rights, many companies still make their own versions, for instance the iPod 5th Gen version.

Lastly, consider the DS version. Does it bother you slightly that the game they fought to reproduce is essentially a goldmine of Nintendo cameos? Bad winners, are our Nintendo.

Thanks Squiggles so much for these excellent articles!

This is the section about the moustachio'ed plumber we've all grown to love. He is the poster-boy for Nintendo and is a loved icon throughout all the games, known for his infamous red clothes and his cap, he's Mario and this is all about his friends, enemies, games and many many other interesting things about him.

    Characters
    SyluxJr

    Mario
Mario (or Jumpman) is the biggest and most famous gaming legend to date. Born in the mushroom Kingdom, Mario absolutely loves spaghetti, pasta and meatballs. Donning a mustache and red dungarees, Mario has earnt his legendary gaming status by appearing in over 70 games. One of the great things about Mario is his famous speeches, such as "Mama Mia", "Wahoo!" and "It'sa me, Mario!". Mario is capable of saying these wondrous phrases by voice actor Charles Martinet.

Mario's first appearence was in 1981, in a game called "Donkey Kong Arcade" where Mario had to save a girl called Pauline from the evil clutches of DK. Ever since he saved Pauline, Mario has gone around, saving princesses in distress, one of the most common ones being princess Peach. Mario normally goes around, stomping Goombas and smashing Koopas, but he also loves his sports, with some being go-karting, Baseball, Tennis and soccer.

Mario is capable of doing a double jump, as well as the triple jump in recent games. He can also take various forms, by absorbing items like a mushroom, and a fire flower. With these costumes come special abilities, allowing our mustache-hero to come ever more closer to facing Bowser, his nemesis.

Mario is estimated to be 45 years of age, and has even starred in his own cartoon show and movie.

    Super Mario Bros. ~Warp Zone

The Warp Zone, perhaps an overlooked element in the game, is a secret area in (most notably) world 1-2. Here, what looks like three pipes home to three pirahna plants, will then transform into three labeled pipes, with an exciting "Welcome to the Warp Zone" message, taking you to either levels 2, 3 or 4. This feature was one of the first "secrets" that wasn't a glitch to be included in a video game, and gave players a very new experience outside the linear gameplay. The feature is now included in many Mario games, such as NSMB, although they're now cannons. I, for one, question the use of warp zones, considering wanting to skip potentially 3 levels is absolute madness.

    Enemies

    SyluxJr

    Mario enemies: Hammer Bro

Hammer Bros are elite members of Bowser's army. They usually travel in twos, and enjoy throwing hammers at people. Luckily, our great hero Mario is normally able to dispatch of these menacing enemies. Hammer Bros also appeared in Brawl, as an assist trophy. Strangely, the Hammer Bro has never been playable, while its inferior, the Koopa Trooper, has.

    SyluxJr

    Mario characters: Magikoopa

Magikoopa is one of Bowser's elite members hired by the evil emperor himself. Magikoopa are wizards who carry cool blue robes. They are basically Legend of Zelda's Wizzrobes, but are a tad more powerful. Magikoopa appeared in Yoshi's island, when they had kidnapped a certain hero. Magikoopa can fly on broomsticks, and can cast spells like fireballs.

    Rushrocks

    Mario Series: Petey Pirahna

Petey Pirahna is a giant pihranha plant that can walk, scream, and even fly! He was introduced in Super Mario Sunshine as a boss. He has a large head, with crimson orange petals around it. He spit gunk everywhere. He later was in Mario Kart Double Dash, and Mario Strikers Charged. He was in super mario galaxy as a boss, and a formidable one at that. Petey is usually a kind person, but if you get on his bad side, watch out!

    Iggy2010

    Mario Enemy: Goomba

A brown, mushroom-like enemy, the Goomba has appeared in most, if not all, Mario games. This little guy is so pathetic that many people, including myself, feel sympathy rather than animosity for him. He can be killed with a simple stomp to the head, which I believe causes severe trauma and brain damage. One of the most easily defeated, as well as dispensible, of Bowser's minions, the Goomba has earned a special place in gaming history.

    SyluxJr

    Mario's enemies~Bowser Jr

Bowser Jr (often reffered as Koopa Kid) is Bowser's 8th and secret son. Weilding a magic paintbrush, Bowser Jr can transform into a duplicate of Mario, as well as create gunk. This was BowserJr's first appearence, in the game, Mario sunshine. Bowser Jr has been known to be the heir to Bowser's throne, and has a hatred towards Mario. Bowser Jr has made an appearence in several of the Mario Party games, as a playable or as an event, as well as in the Mario Kart series, like in games like Double Dash and Mario Kart Wii. He has also made an appearence in sports games, like Mario Baseball, football, basketball, golf and even Tennis. If you want to pay Bowser Jr a visit, then he lives at 48 Cul-De-Sac. Magma manor.

    Shieldbou

    Mario Enemies ~ Blooper
Blooper is a white squid that usually appears in underwater levels in Mario games. There are larger versions like Gooper Blooper that stars in Super mario Sunshine. Another note is that Bloopers are hard to kill, especially underwater. They can only be killed by having the powers of a fire flower or the star because bloopers can harm you via touch.

    SyluxJr

    Mario enemies: Thwomps
Thwomps are the big grey blocks found in the Mario games. They normally fall on Mario whenever he walks below one, but most have automatic falling. Thwomps are sometimes kind however, and have appeared in Mario Party 4 as nice friendly "Fellows".

    Items

    SyluxJr

    Mario items: The Blue Shell

The blue shell is an item used in almost every Mario Kart game to date. It recieved when a racer passes by an item box. The Blue Shell's appearence is basically a shell, but blue, with spikes and with wings. Once thrown, it will seek out the leading racer, and will exploade upon impact, causing a massive blue explosion which catches racers around it.

    SyluxJr

Mario Kart items: The lightning bolt

Mario Kart has one particularly lethal item: The lightning bolt. This devilish item can only be picked up by someone who is in last place, or near the position. Once used, it shrinks racers, making them lose their speed, so the lucky racer can pass them easily. This item has appeared in almost every Mario Kart game to date

    SyluxJr

    Mario items: The Red Shell

The red shell is a red item that you get from knocking out a Paratrooper. Red Shells are similar to their green counter-parts, but are more deadly. In the Mario Kart series, red shells can come in packs of three, and home in on the person in front of you. However, in the game Super Smash Bros Melee, red shells don't fall of the stage, and instead just bounce around randomly.

    Paper Mario

    Rushrocks11

    Paper Mario: Paper Mario

Paper Mario is a 2-dimensional form of mario introduced to Nintendo 64 in the game, Paper Mario. In this game,he traveled far and wide to find and save star spirits in which he had to battle Bowser with. He traveled from Toad Town, all the way to Star Haven. Along the way he met several partners. He can hammer and jump foes to victory to get star points, by which he can level up. He can also equip badges to do special attacks and get stronger. He introduced some of the largest adventure games of his time.
Paper Mario returned in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. In this adventure, he traveled to Rogueport on a request of Princess Peach. She ends up getting captured by evil...things called X-Nauts who were going to use her as a capsule for a 1000 year old demon called the Shadow Queen. Paper Mario has to get Crystal Stars to try and stop them. He meets partners while going to a large variety of places such as Glitzville where he battled the Rawk Hawk, The Island of Cortez where he battled the great pirate spirit, Cortez, for possession of a Crystal Star, and he even flew to the Moon where he battled an upgraded form of a robot. He could turn sideways letting him fit through cracks, roll into a tube for speed and to get under things, turn into a boat to sail across water, and even turn into an airplane to fly! He was a her to the whole world.
Paper Mario finally returned on Wii in Super Paper Mario. He traveled to alternate dimensions of the universe and fought an evil sorceror, Count Bleck. Count Bleck is so strong, Paper Mario gets help from Bowser, Princess Peach, and Luigi. Paper Mario could turn 3-dimensional in this. There were a variety of new enemies, too.
Paper Mario is a hero to everyone and is a great adventurer.

    Rushrocks11

    Paper Mario: Goombario

Goombario was Paper Mario's first partner. He was a Goomba and probably the first nice goomba ever introduced in video games. He sports a blue hat and is very very smart and can use his tattle ability to get background information on enemies. He has quite a big family and lives in a small village. His sister found Paper Mario after he was thrown from Peach's castle. Goombario can headbonk enemies inflicting a good amount of damage. If you upgrade him he shall learn charge where you can charge up and can inflict vast amounts of damage. He will also learn Multibonk where you can headbnk enemies endless times. He is an incredibly useful partner and Paper Mario wouldn't have been able to save Peach without him.

    Rushrocks11

    Paper Mario: Kooper

Kooper was Paper Mario's second partner. He is a Koopa who wears a blue shell and a red neckerchief. He is one of the first ever Koopas to not want to harm Mario. Kooper can spin into enemies tucked into his shell, inflicting damage. Since his childhood, he has always wanted to be an archeoalogist like his neighbor, Kolorado. He lives in Koopa Village with a bunch of other Koopas. His normal attack is shell toss, he can upgrade to Power Shell which can hit all enemies instead of one, dizzy shell in which he can make the opponents dizzy rendering them useless for several turns, and Fire Shell - a very strong attack that burns all enemies and does vast damage. Kooper is an extremely important member to the team and you must use him wisely and carefully.

    Metroid Bounty Hunters: Samus Aran

Samus Aran is the main protagonist in the Metroid games. Born in a planet with Chozo, Samus was taught the ways of the chozo, and was trained to be a super athelete. Samus wears the power suit, which is eqquiped with an arm cannon, grapple beam and scan visor, some of which are used in almost every single game to date. Samus was hired by the Galactic federation, in order to keep the balance of the universe in... Balance. Samus has battled big brutes and hunted down hunters ever since. Her most deadly enemy being the Metroid Prime, Samus has had so many epic shooting battles even Kirby would be left dazzled by the sheer amount of violence she's had to face. Luckily, Samus can turn into a morph ball, in her time of need during battles. The morph ball allows her to escape battles safely, as well as drop bombs to potentially destroy opponents.

    Metroid characters~Sylux

Sylux is a mysterious Bounty Hunter from the planet Cylosis. His species unknown, Sylux has a great hatred towards the galactic federation, and in turn, Samus, for working there. Sylux has came into contact with the Galactic Federation before, stealing prototype weapons like the shock coil (which zaps away continuous energy) and the LockJaw (a prototype that can lay bombs that connect to each other via an electrical current). Rumour has it he even stole his power suit and Delano7 from Galactic headquarters too. Sylux is a highly wanted criminal, but has not been captured to date. Sylux has debuted in Metroid Prime Hunters, and has appeared as a trophy in Super Smash Bros Brawl, and possibly a cameo appearence at the end of Metroid Prime 3. Some say Sylux is a reptile, due to the screams he makes when in battle. Others say he's human.

    SyluxJr

    Metroid Bounty Hunters: Trace

Trace is one of the 7 Hunters that are playable in the game Metroid Prime Hunters. Trace is a member of the Kriken empire, a feared race that strive to conquer planets, and even galaxies. Since Trace is young, in order to pass the initiation test, he was sent to find the "ultimate power". Trace is really good with stealth, and can turn invisible when equipped with his affinity weapon, the imperialist, which lets him zoom in on enemies. Trace also has an alt-form: The Triskelion, which attacks by viciously lunging at its prey.

    SyluxJr

    Metroid Hunters: Spire

Spire is the only sole survivor of hid race. Born in Alinos, Spire can swim in lava without being damaged. Spire is made out of mostly rock, and intended to find the ultimate power to seek the mystery of his race. Spire's affinity weapon is the Magmaul, a shockingly deadly weapon that burns the enemy to cinders. Spire is capable of turning to the Dialanche, a ball-like form that is capable of rolling up walls.

    SyluxJr

    Metroid Bounty Hunters: Kanden

Kanden is one of the bounty hunters seen in the Metroid Prime Hunters game for the DS. Kanden was born in a laboratory, and was designed to be the ultimate robot. However, he malfunctioned, and escaped the lab. Wielding the Volt Driver, Kanden can impair one's vision by sending fully charged blasts at the target. Kanden has six eyes, in case you didn't notice, and is able to transform into the worm-like form Stinglarva, who can crawl around laying bombs that can home in on the opponent.

    Species

    Metroid races: The Luminoth

The Luminoth are the main race in the game Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. The Luminoth almost became extinct after having to deal with the Ing, who came via a meteorite which crashed their planet, planet Aether. The Luminoth are a technilogically advanced race, who are capable of reading minds and deflecting energy from chozo-like armor. Some Lumioth were made guardians to protect temples, which were the main source of their energy. There was even one Luminoth who managed to kill 600 Ing, before being terminated. The Luminoth can also float, because of their wing-like...Wings, and can talk telepathically. They invented the light, dark and annihalator beam.

    Animal Crossing characters~Tom Nook

Tom Nook is the shop keeper raccoon who runs the store in the gaming series Animal Crossing. When Tom Nook was young, he dreamed ahout running the best store possible, and never gave up until he achieved It. When your character first moves in Animal Crossing, you would have to work for Tom Nook. As you buy more items from Nook's shop, eventually he will expand his business, potentially getting more business then before. Tom Nook has appeared in every Animal Crossing game to date, and has even starred in the Animal Crossing movie, voiced by Naoki Tatsuta. They say that the two raccoons you see at Tom Nook's biggest store are his nephews, but they are, in fact, just other raccoons.

    Animal Crossing: K.K. Slider

This guitar playing dog, whose full name is Totakeke, has appeared in both Animal Crossing games. Every Saturday evening, from 8:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M., he pays a visit to your town and holds a special concert just for you. He plays a wide range (Over 250, I believe) of songs, with many different themes. They can be happy, like Go K.K. Rider!, or slow and sad, like Two Days Ago. I personally enjoy his songs very much, and I know that all AC fans do, too. Unfortunately, we may never know much more about this dog.

    Iggy2010

    Animal Crossing: The Able Sisters

The Able sisters: Mable and Sabel, are an important part in both Animal Crossing games. At their tailor shop, you can buy clothing, make your own patterns, and get patterns that your neighbors have made. These two porcupines work hard day and night to get your patterns out there, and to make sure you have new clothes to wear the next day. If you need something from them, talk to Mable. She's more outgoing, while Sabel works most of the time.

    Iggy2010

    Animal Crossing: Blathers

Blathers, the loveable owl who runs the town's museum, has appeared in both Animal Crossing games to date. As he is an owl, you'll often have a hard time talking to him during the day, but he's a real character at night. In Animal Crossing, Blathers is the only owl to run the museum, and he's not very proficient in the ways of fossils. However, in Wild World, he gains the ability to examine your fossils, expands on the museum, and hires a helper. Blathers is one of the main people in your town, and you should really get to know him.

    SyluxJr

    Animal Crossing: Timmy and Tommy

Timmy and Tommy are the twin raccoons that are hired by Tom Nook when you unlock the final store, Nookingtons. Timmy and Tommy have high pitched voices, and they wear a suit as well as a neat tie. Although some assume Timmy and Tommy are Tom Nook's nephews, they are actually simple raccoons Tom Nook hired to work for him.

    Iggy2010

    Animal Crossing: Gyroids

These mysterious creatures, robots, or toys, depending on your opinion, are found all over the Animal Crossing world. In the first Animal Crossing, a Gyroid acts as your personal assistant, and allows you to save, sell items to neighbors, and do other things from your house. This is a rare exception to the usual Gyroid, though. Usually, they are found buried deep beneath the ground, waiting for someone to dig them up. Once retrieved, the Gyroids the Gryroids can be sold for 828 Bells, or kept in your house for 828 HRA points a piece. Now, you might think that the Gyroids are a figment of someone's imagination. However, these clay figures that dance to K.K. Slider's music actually are based off of ancient Japanese figurines called haniwa. Good luck finding these 127 figurines, as only 3 appear a day, and only after it has rained or snowed.

    Enemies D:

    SyluxJr

    Animal Crossing characters: Resetti

Resetti the mole is an angry character who appears on the game "Animal Crossing: Wild World" and a assist trophy in SSBB. Resetti hates players who turn their game off, and will yell at anyone who does so, droning for hours and hours on end. Resetti actually lives underground, and can tunnel through anywhere he wants, whether it be Tom Nook's store, or even the beach. Resetti actually has a twin brother, called Don Resetti.

    Iggy2010

    Animal Crossing: Wendell

Wendell is a large, travelling, pattern-selling walrus who will visit your town every so often. He appears in both Animal Crossing games, but the way he operates differs in Wild World. In the first AC, Wendell can only be appeased by fish. If you give him a nice, fresh fish, you'll receive a cool pattern for your clothes or wallpaper in return. However, in AC:WW, you can give Wendell anything edible, be it fruit, sea fish, or river fish. Depending on what kind of food you give him, you'll recieve a different pattern for your clothing, walls, floors, or even the outside ground. Wendell is definitely one walrus you'll want to watch out for.

    Iggy2010

    Animal Crossing: Crazy Red

Crazy Red is a fox who has appeared in both Animal Crossing games. He owns a black tent, from which he sells black market items. Make sure you visit him when he comes to your town, because he has some items that you can't get anywhere else. He'll notify you through the mail about his arrivals once you become a member of his store. Be careful though, his items are very expensive, including the paintings that you can't get anywhere else. Sometimes, these paintings are counterfeits, although you can be reimbursed slightly if you are insured in AC: WW. While he offers many cool and rare items, make sure you are wary of this shady fox.

Starfox is great. It's action packed, polygonic and the first of its sort. Take your team into space with high-flying adventures and a cast of colorful characters. With air battles so thrilling, it makes the Red Baron look like a pussy.

    Star Fox: Falco Lombardi

Falco Lombardi is an incredibly amazing pilot on Team Star Fox. Although he has quarrels with Fox, he is usually loyal to the team. But one time, he left Team Star Fox, but in the end he saves Fox's life more than once. He is a blue falcon with red around the eyes. He is a sharp dresser. He has no known family, wife, or girlfriend. He is known to think Slippy is annoying. He is a guy who likes to get to the point. He is also a great fighter and never gives up.
He has been on Super Smash Bros. Melee, and Brawl. Most complain he is like star fox too much but there are differences. He has been in Star Fox 64, Star Fox Assault, and the end of Star Fox Adventures.

    Legend of Zelda~ Link

Link is the main character in the Legend of Zelda series. Link is a humble but brave person. Link made his debut in The Legend of Zelda in 1986.He starred in his own cartoon show but it failed to be true to Links character so it was a failure overall. Link is a young Hylian boy from the Land of Hyrule. his age varies in each game but is a kid in most of the games. He never says anything in terms of dialogue, but does utter battle cries like "Hiyaa!!" or "Yah!". The reason that Link says little to nothing is to not contradict the player's interpretation of the character. Link's most famous equipment is the Master sword, the Hylian shield, the Fairy bow (or hero's bow), and the boomerang. He is usually seen wearing a green tunic, a green hat, brown boots and light tan tights. He bears the mark of the triforce on his hand meaning he his supposed to seek out the triforce of courage. Link has had many sidekicks over the years like Midna, Navi, The King of Red Lions, and many more.

    Icecatraz

The Legend of Zelda: Din (Oracle)

Another one of the many characters that have appeared in the Zelda Series. As her name implies, Din's character is based on that of the actual goddess, Din. When Link enters the magical realm of Holodrum, he encounters a dancing female and her traviling troupe. Reluctant at first, Link eventually joins in on the fun, and dances with the girl. However, their fun is soon interupted when the General of Darkness, Onox, appears and kidnaps the oracle. Impa, (who appears to have put on quite a bit of weight...), informs Link that the dancing girl was actually the essence of seasons, albeit in Hylian form. Link then departs to save her, and like all games, he does. The oracle Din has the ability to change the seasons. When she is kidnapped, the seasons are thrown out of balance.

Forces of Sheer Evil that need to die.

    SyluxJr

    Legend Of Zelda: Tingle
Tingle is known as the annoying elf who drives everyone crazy! Tingle first appeared in Ocarina Of Time, and has made numerous different appearences since, from being a map salesman in Oracle Of Seasons, all the way to owning his very own island in Wind Waker.

Tingle's appearence involves a green tunic (much like Link's, but without the hood), and is supported by 3 balloons. Tingle's main aim of life is to discover fairies and live with them, although been 36, he still dreams on. Tingle must be really sad in believing in fairies at the age of 36...

The main reason everyone hates him is because of his annoying phrase "Koola-limpa!" which involves him twiddling around wildly throwing confetti. This has arguably earnt Tingle the title of "Most annoying Nintendo character". If its not the phrases that annoy you, its the fact he charges you 598 rupees for a chart in "The Wind Waker". When Link would buy them, Tingle would dance stupidly every time, to cause more stress for the player.

Tingle actually has siblings, who all are under the command of Tingle. Each of these brothers assist Tingle with various tasks, like helping Link enfuse Kinestones in "The Minish Cap" and rotating the pointless Tingle tower in "Wind Waker". Tingle on the other hand is more annoying then all three put together.

Tingle overall is a queer character, wearing make-up, having the worst mini-goatee ever, and even being the look-a-like to Koji Kondo.

    Zane09

    Legend of Zelda~ Navi

Navi made her appearance in Ocarina of Time as Link's fairy sidekick. In the Kokiri village all the inhabitants have fairies except Link because he is actually Hylian. One day the Great Deku Tree sends Navi to get Link and bring him to the Great Deku Tree. The tree tells Navi that she must help Link in his quest to save the land of Hyrule. Navi helps Link in many ways such as telling him info on enemies, locking on to enemies, people, and items, and telling the player controls and where to go to advance in the game.

    Legend of Zelda villians: Zant

Zant is the king of the twilight realm, a place so spooky and mysterious it has floating black squares everywhere! Anywho, Zant has only ever appeared in one game, Twilight Princess. Weilding two daggers hidden in his arms, Zant can execute wild combos. However, Zant is more of an illusionist, and tends to create many illusions, as well as create small dark purple balls of death. Zant controlled the Twili in Twilight Princess, until Link breaks them free of their curse. Zant is really evil. Really really evil.

The wizzrobe are creatures in the Legend Of Zelda series that are capable of summoning fireballs, as well as other magical wizadry. There are more then seven different kinds of Wizzrobe, most appearing in different games. Normal Wizzrobes in most Zelda games are green, and fire normal projectiles. However, red wizzrobes like the fire wizzrobe can deploy more powerful attacks. Everyone loves Kirby. You know? Kirby? The pink guy who sucks people up, spits them out and gains their abilities? This shape-shifting innovation made him highly successful, and with some very impressive graphics, Kirby is certainly one of
    Nintendo's gems.

    Characters

    NintendoWarrior/KDBQ

    Kirby Series - Kirby

Kirby is pink blob like creature that has red feet and long black eyes, that came from space,he also has pinkish /purple cheeks. He can also ride a warpstar. The main Feature that everyone knows Kirby for his power to suck up enemies and snatch their powers. Kirby has many different powers he can snatch which include:fire, Ice, Sword, Ninja and many many more.He is a well known Nintendocharacter and has been in every smash bros game to date. His main enemy is Metaknight who is very similar to Kirby in shape and looks bu usually helps Kirby more than destroying him. Also he has battled the Squeak Squad and King Dedede. Kirby also has a cartoon/anime show called:Kirby right back at ya where he goes on various adventures with his friends but Dedede trys to stop him by summoning creatures to kill kirby but kirby always prevails in these situations

    Kirby Series - Waddle Dee

The Waddle dee is one of kirby's many enemies, but this one doesnt REALLY want to hurt kirby. They are employed by King Dedede. They pretty much just walk around, occasionally jumping. They only harm kirby when he touches them. If Kirby does want to suck them up, they dont give him a special power. They are common, short, and as wide as they are tall. Some are on Kirby's side.
***They are often confused with Waddle Doos, which are the same size, but have a giant eye on their face

    (Waddle Doo)
Waddle Doos are the counterparts of Waddle Dees.  They look to be mostly the same, except for a slightly darker color than Waddle Dees.  Also, they only have one giant eye instead of an actual face.

Waddle Doos are generally considered to be a different species of Waddle Dees, but are close relatives of them.  However, in Kirby 64, Waddle Dee is transformed into Waddle Doo by Dark Matter.  Waddle Doo appears to be an evil version of Waddle Dee, and Kirby must fight him until he is changed back to normal.  So Waddle Doos may just be Waddle Doos turned evil.

The main attack of a Waddle Doo is his beam.  Usually, Kirby can inhale him for the Beam ability.  While he is only able to use the Beam Whip, an attack in which the beam moves downward like a whip, he is able to use many more attacks when as a helper in Kirby Super Star.  Waddle Doos are actually much more aggressive than Waddle Dees, trying to hurt Kirby instead of just wandering aimlessly.  So far, Waddle Doo has never truly helped Kirby, but in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, King Dedede can throw them as well as Waddle Dees.  Also, Waddle Doo has starred as a playable character in Kirby: Canvas Curse.

Without yellow pikmin, Olima wouldn’t be able to blow stone walls down. They can also be strategically used to fight bosses or very strong enemies. They are also resistant to electricity.
