This is so annoying. It's been happening ever since I got my Wii. I keep getting error codes whenever I try to connect to wifi. At first I couldn't connect at all and get error code 61010, now I can get up to the point where it searches for players but get error code 85020. I've tried everything. Opening ports, disabling my router's firewall, changing the router channel and it still doesn't work! I really want to play online, but I haven't even been able to play a single game! Does anyone know how to fix this? My mum thinks it might be because there's lots of other routers nearby that might be interrupting the signal. |

You could cut the technical tension with a knife. If your Wii plays up, call Nintendo. |

Okay... Well, anyways, before you throw your Wii out the window, What kind of internet do you have? Also, do you have a Wi-Fi usb? Me and my brother couldn't get Wi-Fi until he got the usb for his birthday from his friends. |

I get errors like this too... I looked up your codes on nintendo's support site, and they both give this generic repsonse:

dude my router was being crazy too. my dad just plugged/unplugged it and it was better, although sometimes i get the error code 61010. Also, sometimes it randomly ends the match and eliminates the place so we have to make a new seeking brawl thing. Weird. |
