I just want to throw in (don't want to get into a heated debate) that I don't think the smash ball is that unfair. Some people I've seen are completely awful at using them at the right time. I've also had many battles where the smash ball was gotten by one person, knocked out of him, grabbed by another, who also had it knocked out of him, and so on until it just disappeared. So in my opinion, it takes some amount of skill to use the smash ball.

As for frequency, I have no problem on medium.

I'd have to agree with Pickle here. I honestly suck *cough* smash *cough*balls at GETTING Smash Balls, let alone actually using one.

Smash Balls are also a new type of item which makes brawl different (whether that's bad or good different, I don't care). It's a new feature, and I don't think I would classify it the same as a regular item, seeing as it mixes up gameplay so much. So honestly, because it's job is so different from regular items, it should show up more in my opinion.

    >.> You do notice that my response above clearly shows that I knew what I was talking about right? My point was whether you put the smash ball on high or on low, I always end up having one of them in my game. I guess the only way to solve it is to turn it off completely, but if Sakuri (Smash Bros head) and the other developers of the game would have allowed the smash ball to show up once per match or once every five or ten minutes, I wouldn't be complaining. Regardless of this, I myself always have items turned off so I guess my problem only occurs when I play with my friends who like items.

Ok, you hate Smash Balls. Cool enough - turn them off. Stop bitching and dragging on this 'debate' you have going with Wolf.

Uhh, aye aye captain? Oh yeah, thanks for picking a side.... Mr. Wolf is completely innocent. I also wasn't rambling off, everything was typed to prove a point.

No. You said, "I can never go without a match without finding a smash ball on the stage when the items are on." You made it sound like you had a problem with just one Smash Ball showing up, let alone multiple. That's why I brought up the question of you switching the item off completely.

That's weird, since I didn't make that claim until after you posted the picture. Oh, you wanted to know your source of error, "And how frequently something shows up isn't an opinion." that should be "And how frequently something shows up IS an opinion." unless you mean what I've been trying to prove all along : )

Mr. Wolf, I've enjoyed this "battle" with you and I completely agree that the arguing needs to stop. I'm sure that you enjoyed this as much as I have and it was all fun and games. I hope that you're not taking things too seriously, it's just a game. I apologize to Wolf and Valamphias for thinking I was taking this the wrong way. So, here's an excellent way to end this thread completely, "Brawl is an excellent game, but it is not without its flaws. Brawl was created to give as many players an excellent experience as possible and deliver the ultimate fan service that core gamers have been waiting for." So, let's enjoy Brawl while it lasts and accept its flaws for what they are.

Who knows, maybe I'll see you guys online one day.

None of that made any sense.

    Yes, no more arguing.
