Considering they get to make near-pure profit, those prices are criminal. If they would add online play or new content, it'd be different, but instead they just rest on their laurels and take your cash.

    Burst link!

Yes, I could walk down the road and get them way cheaper than that because I know the owner.

I don't think they are too high at all, however I do think that they need a way to spend the extra points you have lying around, like on demos. That would be awesome, especially since you can only add points in groups of 10s, so if you have 400 points and want a N64 game u can't just put in 600 and get it, you have to put in a whole 'nother 10.

    Advantages of demos:

    More spending of the points
People are more inclined to buy certain games
People can see old games they've never heard of and see just how good (or bad) they really are, and make a decision on that instead of summaries.

Do you think Virtual Console prices are too high?

Absolutely not! Some of the titles on Virtual Console are hard to find anymore, so I think it's perfectly fine that they ask less than ten bucks so you can get a chance to experience an entire game. Games on the Wii itself are $50, why not complain about that? The quality of some of the Virtual Console games is just as good as a Wii game, so I think the price is definitely worth it.

I agree with the extra points thing. I have 200 points right now, and no way to spend em without getting another card

Well... Considering that they're real, actual games the prices could be alright. But also remember that Virtual console games were all made BEFORE. All Nintendo is doing is bringing them back, with slight tweaks. This is a good thing, of course, but the effort in making a new game and bringing back an old game isn't the same.

But Virtual Console games aren't as expensive as a real Wii game. I'd say they're about right.

I think they are too high. There's absolutely no change done to the games.
