Sometimes when I'm accessing a page on NF, it doesn't load. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

What error messages are you getting? How often is this happening?

It's very likely that this isn't fixable, at any rate.

There's no way to fix a problem such as that, I believe. If everyone were to experience it, I'd check it out but you never know what's going on with IF at the moment.

It hasn't been happening for a while but I'm still on the lookout for any further problems.

No it has to do with page errors, I don't think deleting cookies and history will help anything. And I just said that it hasn't been happening for a while.
