So instead of eating junk meals you're going to realise you don't know how to cook proper meals and start snacking instead?

No... I can eat some healthier microwave meals. I never said I was going to snack. I know how to make sandwhiches (heck anyone can) so I'll make that my primary diet. For now anyways. I don't have the ingredients to make proper meals at the moment. Next time I go to the store I'll get some. Cook book.. prepare to be read!

    Day 3

So far things are going well. My dad accidently picked up some fast food for me out of old habbit. He got me a corn dog and a bacon toaster from sonic. It was tempting but I turned it away. I had some of the bacon though, since it was around breakfast time, but that's it.

When you're hungry it tells your body to store more fat. It's an adaptation, mainly for the olden days when people starved, even though some still do today. I recommend eating 3 big meals a day to gain weight.

I forgot to update yesturday so I might as well include it with todays.

    Day 4

I was sick on Sunday so it gave me an even better reason to avoid fast food. I went to a nice resturant called "Pho Vietnam". They're food is so good! It takes a while to prepare but it's worth it. I had some wonderful soup with rice noodles. I felt better after eating it. Though sady it wore off later on in the day.

    -----------------------

    Day 5

I've gotten over my illness for the most part. Even so, I'm still resting and eating healthy. I really don't have much to say about today. Oh well, I just hope I'll be better by tomarrow. I find it strange that I even got sick in the first place, seeing as I'm not around a lot of people very often. Wouldn't it be funny if it was my sudden change in diet that caused it? XD

A sudden change in diet can lead to Rashes, Barfing, and Dizzyness.
Believe me, I know by experience.

Don't give up! You should be able to hold this diet for a long time if you stay serious about it. If you keep up a good diet, you'll start to feel better all the time, and you'll definitely have more energy.

When you're hungry it tells your body to store more fat. It's an adaptation, mainly for the olden days when people starved, even though some still do today.

When you eat often, your body expects to get food more often, so it doesn't store it as fat. When you skip meals, however, your body expects to get food less often and will store more of the food away as fat. So, it really is important to get all of your meals if you want to stay healthy.

(It's only 4:00 where I live, so I technically have 8 hours left to update..)

    ----------------------

    Day 6

So far so good. I accidently skipped breakfast due to the fact I was running late to school. I made up for it when I got home though by eating a bologna sandwhich with some Sun Chips (the healthier snack choice ^_^ ). Yep, another good day. I'm over my sickness, though I do cough every now and then, and I'm happy.

I think I'll put my experiment on pause tomarrow though, seeing as it's Halloween. I rarely ever eat much candy, if at all, even during Halloween so I won't be straying too much from my healthy diet.
